Welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm your guide,

Dr.

Andrew Goff.

Let's begin this guided meditation by lying down comfortably on a bed or on a floor.

Let your body settle into the surface beneath you.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a slow,

Full breath in.

And exhale all the way out,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Your face soften,

And let the day begin to fall away.

Let's breathe in together and breathe out,

Arriving here in this quiet space where nothing is required of you.

All day,

You've shown up.

You've supported,

Guided,

Held space for others.

You've done your best to think clearly,

Act wisely,

And lead with care.

And now,

The body asks for rest.

The heart asks for quiet.

The mind,

Too,

Seeks release.

You are not just a professional,

Not just a role.

Beneath all the doing is your being,

And that's what we want to return to now.

You being.

Let yourself shift gently inward.

This is where the heart set lives,

Not in how much you've done,

But in the why behind it,

In the compassion you carry,

In the presence you offer.

And this is where the mindset rests,

Too,

Not just in planning or solving,

But in how you make meaning of the work you do,

In your capacity to see the whole,

To hold complexity with grace as you work with children,

With families,

With coworkers,

And all the others in your life.

Let's return to our breath.

Breathe in,

And as you breathe out,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go of the striving,

Let go of the judgments.

Breathe in,

Let go of the loops of your thoughts that keep circling.

Breathe in,

Let go of the needing to understand everything right now,

Let go of needing to fix anything.

Breathe in,

Let go of being on.

Breathe out,

What remains is you,

What remains is this stillness,

An openness,

A wholeness.

Continue your breathing,

And let your heart soften,

Let your mindset expand.

And as layers of your day fall away,

Feel the space between thoughts,

The silence beneath effort.

You are no longer operating from the self that is separate or striving.

You are returning to a deeper truth,

That you are part of something larger,

A profession of connection,

A rhythm of care,

A collective unfolding.

You are not alone.

Breathe in,

And let go.

Now,

As you breathe in,

Let the quiet come.

Let the healing come.

Release the healing.

Let come the wisdom that arises not from thinking harder,

But softening deeper.

Let come the renewal that only rest brings.

And let go.

Let come the clarity that grows in silence.

And let go.

You are not abandoning your purpose.

You are nourishing it from the inside.

This is the deeper alignment,

When your heart set and your mindset no longer pull in opposite directions,

But flow together with ease.

In this space,

You are no longer just preparing for tomorrow.

You are remembering what it feels like to belong to yourself,

To the moment,

To the whole.

And exhale,

Letting your breath become slower,

Lighter,

Easier.

Sleep is arriving.

Allow yourself to surrender,

Not as an escape,

But as a return,

As a return to your center,

A return to what connects you to the work.

Into the life that you live.

Sleep is arriving,

Not as an escape,

But as a return,

A return to your center,

A return to what connects you.

Let the weight of the day be held,

And let your nervous system unwind.

Let your breath carry you deeper and deeper into rest.

You are safe,

You are supported,

You are allowed to rest.

Tonight,

You let go.

Tonight,

You let come.

Tonight,

You restore the quiet harmony between your heart set and your mindset.

Sleep well.

Everything can wait.

You have done enough.

You are enough.

Thank you for listening to this guided meditation.
