Welcome to this Reiki prayer meditation,

Also known as the Five Principles of Reiki,

A set of guiding principles that are central to the consistent practice of Reiki.

These five principles serve as a reminder to practitioners to live their lives with intention and compassion.

To get the most from this guided meditation,

Give yourself permission to take the next seven minutes to set your intentions just for today.

If you are in a comfortable space where you can let go of the outside world and connect to the inside world without distractions,

Let's begin.

Bringing your attention to your breath and allowing these five principles to serve as a reminder to live your life with intention and compassion.

Repeat to yourself internally,

With focus and intention,

The principles and let them sink into your beingness.

Just for today,

Reminds me to focus on the present moment and not worry about what may happen in the future or dwell on past events.

I easily let go of worry,

Reminding me to release any anxiety or stress I may be carrying.

I let go of anger,

Reminding me to relinquish any negative emotions I may be holding onto,

Allowing myself to experience peace and tranquility.

I do my work honestly,

Emphasizing integrity and authenticity in my actions,

Encouraging me to act with honesty and transparency in all aspects of my life.

I remember to give thanks,

Reminds me that gratitude is an important part of life,

Encouraging me to recognize and appreciate all the blessings I have been given.

I am kind to my neighbor and all living things,

Highlighting the importance of compassion toward others,

Human beings and animals alike,

Reminding me that kindness can make a significant difference in someone else's life.

I allow these principles to guide my mind,

Encourage mindfulness,

Positivity,

Empathy,

Authenticity,

And gratitude in my heart and mind throughout the day,

Just for today.

As you begin to shift from your inside world back to the outside world,

You are very aware and allow these principles to sink into your beingness and guide you throughout your day.
