Welcome to reclaiming your most precious gift,

Your focus,

Awareness,

And attention.

I invite you to use my voice as your guide as you prepare for yourself a container to reclaim all of your focus,

Attention,

And awareness from all the things that don't matter right now.

To get the most from this guided meditation,

Give yourself permission to take the next 10 minutes to let go of work,

Dramas,

Anxiety,

Social media drains,

Thoughts of lacking or needing,

Emotional waves,

And all the distractions.

If you are in a space where you can let go of the outside world and connect to the inside world without distractions for the next 10 minutes,

Let's begin.

Imagine a container surrounding you,

Its boundaries holding you,

Feeling as if you are being gently hugged.

It may smell like something you remember that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

You can fill your container with visual colors or auditory sounds like music.

That's right.

Allow your container to fill the room that you are in and create natural boundaries.

And if you are outside,

Create your container's boundaries now.

Can you sense this container as an extension of you?

Excellent.

Set your intention to bring back all of your focus,

Awareness,

And attention now.

And as it comes back,

It fills your container.

And as it fills,

You feel the warmth of its light.

That's right.

And notice when your thoughts go to the outside world.

This is untrained awareness.

You easily become aware of when it happens and when it happens.

Thank your awareness.

Bless whatever distracts you and bring your awareness back to your task of filling your container as you are training your awareness.

And as your container fills,

Ask your awareness,

How can I see what I'm not seeing?

Then take a moment to relax a little more and get into receiving and ask awareness,

How can I hear what I'm not hearing?

And stay open to receive.

That's right.

And ask your awareness,

How can I feel what I'm not feeling?

And the more you relax,

The more you receive.

And ask your awareness,

How can I smell what I'm not smelling?

Then stay open to receive.

That's right.

And ask awareness,

How can I taste what I'm not tasting?

And relax to receive.

As your container fills,

Fill yourself with thoughts of gratitude.

Say to your awareness,

Thank you for my most precious gift,

My focus,

Awareness,

And attention.

I choose what I feed it to.

Be aware of when it is feeding something that is not for me.

I bless it or thank it and bring my awareness back with loving kindness,

Just like a mother would bring back the child and redirect.

Letting go of self-judgment and self-criticism,

Replacing it with love and understanding.

Bathe in your container of awareness as if bathing in its warm light.

You are instantly aware of when your focus,

Awareness,

And attention escapes your container and you are easily able to disconnect from the distraction and bring back your awareness to your purpose.

Notice your relaxed state of gratitude and notice your relaxed breathing.

Notice what you are putting your most precious gift on.

As you shift your awareness from your inside world back to the outside world,

You are very aware of how you can reclaim your most precious gift now.

Thank you for being on this amazing journey with me.
