This guided meditation is designed to prepare you for your evening meditation for energetic cleansing,

Creating a protective shield and preparing yourself for a deep healing sleep.

Set your intentions to cleanse away any negative energies you may have absorbed to establish a protective shield for the night and to create a peaceful space for deep healing sleep.

Begin this journey with me now.

Follow my voice as you begin by finding a comfortable position in bed or on a cushion where you can fully relax.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Feel your chest and abdomen rise.

Exhale slowly through your nose,

Releasing any tension or worries from the day.

Bring your awareness to your intention for this meditation.

To cleanse away any negative energies you may have absorbed.

Set your intention to establish a protective shield for the night and to create a peaceful space for healing sleep.

Set your intention now.

That's right.

Cleanse away any negative energies.

Create a peaceful space for healing sleep.

Begin to focus on your energy field.

Imagine a gentle wave of cleansing light starting at the top of your head.

Visualize this light moving slowly down through your chin.

It is collecting any stagnant,

Heavy,

Or negative energies that you may have absorbed throughout your day.

Visualize this collected energy being released out through the soles of your feet or the crown of your head,

Dissolving into the earth or the universe,

To be transmuted into neutral or positive energy.

Feel a sense of lightness and release with each exhalation.

Repeat this sweeping motion,

Paying attention to any areas where you feel tension,

Or to mind any individuals with whom you had significant interactions with today,

Whom you might have absorbed energy.

Now visualize gentle,

Energetic connections or cords extending between you and these individuals.

These cords are pathways for energy exchange,

And sometimes they can carry unwanted energies.

Now with an intention of love and detachment,

Visualize a beam of pure light,

Perhaps golden or white,

Severing these cords.

One.

Imagine the cords gently dissolving or retracting back to the other person,

And their end dissolving as well.

As each cord is cut,

Affirm to yourself,

My energy is my own.

Now it is time to establish a protective shield.

Visualize a beautiful,

Radiant light surrounding your entire being.

This light can be any color that feels safe and comforting to you,

Perhaps a warm,

Golden,

A serene blue,

Or a vibrant white.

Imagine this light forming a protective cocoon around you,

A strong yet gentle barrier that allows only positive and loving energies to enter,

Allowing healing energies to enter.

Visualize this shield as being completely intact and impenetrable to any negativity or unwanted external influences.

Safety and security of this protective cocoon.

Know that you are surrounded by love and light,

And that your energy is safe and primitive.

Visualize your bed as a sanctuary of peace and healing,

Sinking into its comforts,

Supported and nourished.

Affirm to yourself,

My body and mind are now preparing for deep and restful sleep.

Allow healing energy to flow through me as I sleep.

Visualize yourself drifting into a peaceful and restorative sleep,

Where your body and energy field can rejuvenate and repair.

Rest in this peaceful state for the remaining few minutes.

Feel the gentle energy of protection and the sense of calm,

Gently bringing your awareness back to you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Peace and protection with you as you drift off to sleep.
