As Reiki Practitioners, we know that all healing ultimately comes from connecting with universal energy, whether it be during treatments or during our own personal practices. This self-healing meditation takes us through each of the seven energy centers while focusing on connecting with universal energy so that we can deepen our own understanding of this powerful force within us all.

This guided meditation will take you on a journey through each of the 7 energy centers, allowing you to focus your attention and rest your awareness on each energy center for 7 minutes. Included in the music are binaural frequencies for focused attention and awareness. By the end of this practice, you will feel reconnected to your inner self and ready to continue on your healing journey.

Welcome to this Reiki self-healing guided meditation for balancing your energy centers and connecting with universal energy.

You are invited to bring your focused attention and resting awareness starting at the root center,

And about every seven minutes,

Move to the next energy center as the chimes will guide you.

You can choose to sit or lie down,

Feel free to hold your hands in prayer over your heart or placing your hands over your energy centers.

To get the most from this guided meditation,

Give yourself permission to take the next 49 minutes to set your intentions for creating a consistent personal practice.

If you are in a comfortable space where you can let go of the outside world and connect to the inside world without distractions,

Let's begin.

The root.

Its color is red.

I am grounded and connected to the earth.

I allow universal energy to easily flow through me.

My body is strong and healthy.

I trust in my ability to provide for myself and my loved ones.

I release fear and embrace courage in all areas of my life.

I honor my roots and ancestry.

Knowing they have shaped who I am today.

Energy flows freely through my root center,
