Take a deep breath through your nose,
Feeling and using all of your senses.
Hear the soothing sounds of nature,
Bringing in relaxation and peace,
Release any tension.
Imagine a healing energy flowing through,
Melting away any stress or worry that may be present.
Repeat to yourself,
I trust myself that this sense of safety is always available to you whenever you need it.
