While sleeping,

This meditation is reprogramming and healing your crown chakra.

Take a nice deep breath in.

Inhaling light and love.

Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.

Rest your body now,

Becoming aware of your breathing.

Relaxing your eyes.

Relaxing your temple.

Your cheek muscles.

Your lips.

Your jaw.

Your entire face.

Relaxing your shoulders.
