I would like to invite you to choose a crystal that we are going to use today as part of this healing.

Pay attention to your experiences when using different stones.
So when you are ready,
Find somewhere comfortable where you can fully relax.
Place your crystal in one of your palms.
Your left palm is closest to your heart.
Choose the hand that just feels right for you today.
I now intend Reiki to the crystal you are holding,
Cleansing it fully,
Clearing out any stale or stagnant energy,
And preparing it fully for the work we are going to do today.
I set the intention now that through this healing,
You receive everything you need for your very highest and greatest good,
And for your very highest potential and purpose.
Gently close your eyes.
Begin to feel your body relax into the surface beneath you.
Relax your neck and shoulders.
Allow your hands to rest softly in a place that is comfortable for you.
Adjust your body as needed as you melt and release,
Sinking further into the space below.
Begin to become aware of your breath as you slowly start to take deep breaths in and long,
Slow breaths out.
Feel as your body and your mind begin to relax and release as you prepare yourself for very deep relaxation,
Deep healing and deep peace.
I want you to imagine you have a beautiful ball of light hovering just above the crown of your head.
This light is filled with the most perfect Reiki life force energy.
This light is your light.
Feel your light as it gently connects with the crown of your head and begins to slowly melt down through your scalp.
Behind your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Into your jaw,
Relaxing it fully,
Down the sides of your head,
Through your ears,
Down the back of your head,
Your entire head filled with your beautiful light.
Feel the muscles in your neck begin to relax as your light gently flows down through your neck,
Pouring into both of your shoulders.
Your right arm begins to gently glow as the light from your right shoulder starts to slowly flow down through the top of your right arm,
Your elbow,
Your forearm,
Your wrist,
Your hand,
Through all of your fingers right to the tips,
Your right arm glowing gently and totally relaxed.
Feel now as the light from your left shoulder starts to slowly flow down through the top of your left arm,
Your elbow,
Your forearm,
Your wrist,
Your hand,
Through all of your fingers right to the tips,
Your left arm glowing gently and totally relaxed.
Feel your chest melt as the light from both of your shoulders starts to slowly flow down through your chest,
Surrounding and filling your heart,
Down through your abdomen,
Pouring into both of your hips,
Melting everything as it goes.
Feel as the tops of your legs begin to relax as your light continues its journey down through your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Through both of your feet,
Through all of your toes right to the tips.
Feel the soles of your feet tingling gently with this beautiful earth energy.
Your entire body is now filled with the most perfect Reiki energy and you are totally relaxed.
Now gently draw your attention to the crystal you are holding in your palm.
Feel as the energy inside that crystal starts to softly awaken.
Feel as the energy starts to build,
Getting stronger and stronger.
Now feel as that energy starts to travel up and into your palm chakra,
Up through your forearm,
Your elbow,
The top of your arm into your shoulder,
Traveling across your chest and settling right in the very center of your heart.
Feel now as the energy starts to radiate out in every direction.
Beautiful beams of energy from the very center of your heart chakra.
Now direct that energy to an area of your life where you need it the most today.
This could be on a physical level,
An emotional level,
A mental level or a spiritual level.
You could send the energy to a person,
A place or a situation.
Imagine,
Spend a few moments now imagining that energy bringing never-ending blessings,
Love,
Guidance and support to wherever you need it the most today.
Your crystal is now fully charged with universal life force energy and serving you at the very highest vibration of all that is.

Sealing in all the work we have done today and filling your bubble with everything you need for the days,
Weeks and months ahead.
Now gently become aware of the ground beneath you.
Feel as your energy starts to slowly ground down into the very core of the earth below.
Now become aware of your breath as you very slowly start to transition back into your body,
Back into the room,
Back into the remainder of your day.
