Visualize a warm, Bright, Healing light surrounding you. Your crown chakra gently opens and welcomes this light. Begin to breathe it into your crown. Feel as it flows in and down. From the top of your head down to the tips of your toes. Your body and mind awaken. Feel the soles of your feet tingling gently with this beautiful earth. Waves of soothing, Radiant light wash over you and through you. Clarity and closing with gratitude. Thanking the universe for the day ahead and for the opportunities it will bring.
