Hello,
My name is Annabelle and in today's meditation we are going to be diving into your belief system.
There was a study done that showed that 50% of your mindset and how you view the world is based on genetics.
10% is based on what's actually happening in the external world.
But 40% you have control over.
Because 40% of how you view the entire world,
What is happening,
Your perspective of it,
Is based on your belief system.
I have worked travelling the world,
Working with people from different ages,
Different cultures,
Different religions,
To see that we all have a very similar belief system.
It doesn't matter how you grew up,
Where you were from,
What generation you're from,
We all have the same internal stories going on.
Sometimes that it's we're not enough,
That you need others to take care of you,
That we need someone else to validate us,
That we're unaccepted where we are.
But in this meditation,
We're going to learn that these aren't the truth.
You're going to get a little homework as well.
So during this,
We're going to do a short breath work,
Relax your body,
And you're going to say some affirmations with me.
These are all key beliefs I've found from working with thousands of people.
And after that,
You're going to see which of these beliefs feels uncomfortable to say.
This is where your homework comes in.
Because at the end,
I'm going to teach you how to shift these beliefs.
But for the moment,
Take a deep breath.
In through your nose.
Hold it at the top for just a moment.
And then exhale through your nose.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose.
Holding in the top.
And then exhaling through your nose slowly,
Controlled.
One more time.
Breathing in.
Holding.
Breathing out.
And now say these out loud with me.
I have fulfilling relationships.
I am valued.
It is safe to take things slowly.
I am attractive.
I value myself.
I am good enough as I am.
I see my worth.
It's safe to walk away from people.
It's safe to say no.
It's safe to upset people.
It's safe to be angry.
It's safe to upset people.
I love myself.
It is easy to care for myself.
I see my value.
I accept where I am in life.
Now taking another deep breath.
Noticing which of those beliefs you found a little uncomfortable to say.
And then to change them.
One of my favorite methods is something you can do in three days.
It is adding a movement and saying that belief out loud.
Focusing on one belief every day.
So for one belief,
Walk around,
Say that belief out loud for 10 minutes and do that three days in a row.
This is going to create new neuropathways or new thought patterns in your mind.
Allowing you to create a new reality to see things differently.
Every single one of those beliefs can have huge shifts in your life.
Because I've seen it have huge shifts in hundreds of other people's.
