Welcome to this resourcing practice where there will be an invitation to scan your inner landscape to connect with your body and find an area of resource within that.
And as always please take care of yourself during the practice.
If you need to stop,
If it feels uncomfortable at all,
Just stop at any point.
If you'd like to join me then,
Beginning with your eyes open or closed,
Soft gaze,
Whatever feels comfortable and whatever will allow your attention to just turn inwards into your inner landscape.
Just slowly scanning your body and noticing if there's an area that feels the most comfortable or the least uncomfortable.
And not worrying too much about the right way to do this,
Just allowing your attention to land in an area.
And being curious about what you notice there.
What are the sensations?
And you might have a word to describe the sensations or it might be a colour or a shape or a texture.
Noticing how big an area or small an area the sensation covers.
How deep or shallow.
Is the sensation constant or is it fluctuating and changing?
Just noticing what it's like to be with this sensation,
With this area of the body.
Being curious about what you're noticing in yourself as you do this practice.
And then gently bringing this short resourcing practice to a close.
And knowing that you can repeat this any time should you need to.
