Hi,
You lovable beings.
And welcome to the fourth video of our series V for victory.
Today.
We are going to see a posture that I would have loved to know when the imposter syndrome hit me again and again and again.
So you know like if you have difficulty to have like a to let a wind land.
This one is very good.
You just adopt kind of the ultimate posture for a wing.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about,
You may want to watch the first videos.
And if not,
I'll quickly sum it up for you.
We are doing a series of power pauses that come from a beautiful research,
Very empowering research,
By Amy Cuddy in 2010,
Who is a social psychologist.
And she found out that by holding a pause for two minutes,
A power,
An open pause,
You will just get to rise your testosterone levels by up to 20%.
And drop your cortisol levels by 25%.
So it's just gonna make you feel more confident and less stressed.
So this one.
Ease.
Actually a bit of a particular one because this one is not like before a stressful event,
It's more after.
After a win.
Many people,
Because they don't feel comfortable winning something,
They don't feel like they deserve it,
There is a little voice telling them that they don't deserve it,
That they're not worth it,
Etc.
They will not actually enjoy this win.
They're not actually gonna like take it in and get all the beautiful hormones out of it.
They're just going to go to the next challenge immediately,
You know,
And then their stress levels,
Their cortisol is going to stay very,
Very,
Very high up there,
Kind of peaking.
Um.
.
.
So we're going to try it with what we call the CEO pod.
Let me show you.
Very simple.
You're just gonna.
I'll avoid.
Exposing my feet to you.
But you just,
You know.
Get the winning buzz.
You're gonna.
Open your chest.
Put your arm,
Your hand behind your neck.
Make your feet up,
Comfy,
You feel good.
You're gonna breathe in,
Open your chest.
One time.
Feel the wind.
So,
Prepare for the wind.
Do you feel the mojo coming in?
The ease,
The confidence.
Do you feel that testosterone rising?
I hope that you enjoyed this session and I'm gonna see you one last time for a very last pause.
Which you may have guessed what it already is.
