Hello,
You lovable being.
It is so nice to welcome you in this scaring space.
Today,
I would like to introduce a new format.
I've been thinking a lot about it.
As you know,
Happy Fanny's was born from my wish to come and spread a little bit of happiness and love into this world.
I am a very sensitive person.
And I try to notice in my everyday life the little things that spark joy within me.
And I thought I would share some of them with you.
Some will be quite universal and may resonate,
And some might be more of a discovery.
You can just come into this moment.
And listen to what I say.
Try to imagine.
Connect.
To these propositions.
And let's see what happens.
There's no goal here.
It's just about listening and seeing.
What happens within you when you hear and may connect to these little doses of joy that we can experience in our life.
I am very excited to share these with you.
If you want to begin.
Find a comfortable position.
You've got nothing to achieve right now.
Just listen.
With an open mind.
At an open heart.
You can take one long,
Deep breath in.
And exhale through your mouth.
If you feel ready.
Let's begin.
This first edition is about the tiny little things of our daily life.
I love to spot the very moment planes cross in the sky.
I love watching milk falling and swirling into coffee.
I love the sound of swallows when I open the shutters in the morning.
I love when my butter reaches the perfect temperature to spread on my toast.
Just soft enough,
But not too soft either.
I love to listen to the noise of ice cubes clinking in a glass.
I love to bite in the chocolate bar that comes right out of the fridge.
I love slipping myself into freshly made sheets.
I love the smell.
I love the texture under my hands.
I love the smell of toasts freshly coming out of the toaster in the morning.
I love to spot 11 past 11 or 22 past 22.
I love watching a prism scatter rainbows across the room.
I love to have a pen that can glide easily across the page.
I love touching a dog's ears.
They're soft and welcoming.
I'd love to watch their reaction too.
I love smiling at strangers,
Randomly,
And how sometimes they smile back at you.
I love observing elderly people watching the world go by.
I love sniffing the people I love.
I love imagining the lives of strangers across pathways,
In the streets,
Or in the transports.
I love the very moment a plane lifts off the ground.
I love finishing a shower with cold,
Crisp water.
I love when my outfit matches perfectly.
I love picking up little flat stones and caressing them in my pockets.
I love eating with my fingers and my hands,
Grabbing the food straight from the plate.
I love sticking my head out of the car window and getting all the wind from the ride.
I love finding shapes in the clouds passing by.
I love noticing a wind chime in the distance,
This beautiful melody playing for whoever will pay attention to it.
I know this is a new format.
Something you may be unused to.
And I truly hope we'll spread a bit of joy,
Maybe some smiles,
Into you.
What I would like you to do now,
If you feel like it,
Will be to share what makes you happy.
Feel free.
To share them in the comments.
I would be very happy to do a special edition by our community.
I wish you a beautiful way back to your everyday doses of joy,
And many,
Many happy fannies to come.
