Hello and welcome to this experience to co-create a radiant aura,

A glowing shielded aura that as we connect in to that sacred bubble and field that is around our body that is active and living and breathing and has its own job as we tune in to that presence and field just as we tune in to our breath as we work with the aura we can set it to its own frequency.

That frequency is like a radio signal going out into the world.

That aura is also working with our subconscious mind.

So as we attune and feel into our aura,

Nourishing it,

Tending to it just as we do our mind,

Our heart,

Our emotions,

We find that we can move through life a bit more gracefully,

A bit more confidently.

We can see these subtle changes that as we decide how our own energy field will run,

We shift that energy.

As we walk into spaces,

We shift the energy in those spaces.

As we walk into opportunities,

We will have this radiant aura glowing,

Shining,

Beaming more and more of our truth.

So to begin,

We just close our eyes,

Just finding ourselves dropping down into our heart space,

Dropping even deeper down into the belly,

Even deeper down into the root center in our hips,

Feeling grounded within ourselves,

Taking long,

Deep breaths in through the nose.

As we exhale,

Just softening,

Softening,

Melting,

Returning,

Inviting that inner eye,

The eye of our intuition,

Inviting our imagination,

Our playfulness,

Our creativity to just get a sense now of our aura.

Maybe you picture or physically send your arms out in front of you,

Seeing that space between your body and your fingertips,

That metaphysical space that wraps 360 around you.

So just sensing that space in front of the body,

All the way down below the body,

How it wraps all the way behind the body,

All the way up above the body,

And wraps along all the way around the body.

Notice what that feels like to you to now be expanded beyond just the physical,

And just notice anywhere where there's parts of you that don't feel like they are home within this space,

But they're still in memory,

Conversation,

On our devices,

News,

Still thinking about work,

Deep breath in to breathe in all those parts of you,

Those strings of light,

Not only filling up the body,

But now filling up that space around the body,

Using that imaginative eye,

Just sensing the edges of that bubble,

Maybe even using your hands to feel out before you,

That subtlety of finding that edge.

As you breathe,

Just seeing that edge of the aura breathe and contract with you.

As you inhale,

It expands.

Maybe we extend those edges out even further to take up more space.

As you exhale,

It contracts with ripples and waves and spirals and streams.

Another deep breath in to feel that expansion,

Almost as if angel wings are opening up,

Flying,

Just feeling that openness,

That expansion.

As you exhale,

You ground even deeper into yourself,

To the very center of yourself and the very center of your aura,

And then just deciding what frequency you want to send and beam out through your heart,

Through your aura,

Choosing this frequency of radiance,

Of light,

Glowing,

Maybe even seeing yourself from outside of yourself as the observer,

As the witness,

Just imagining that that aura is turning into gold,

Glittering gold.

That gold is just spreading throughout all the edges of the aura.

As we breathe in that gold,

That light goes through all the layers of the aura,

Which are connected to our chakras,

Those energy centers in the body.

So we breathe in that gold through the aura,

Through those centers in the body.

And just radiating behind us,

That light,

Covering our back body.

You radiate that golden glow down below us,

Down into Mother Earth.

And beam it out before us,

Blessing our field,

All the steps we will take today.

Just radiating that essence up above us,

Connecting us up into the heavens,

The cosmos,

The spiritual field.

Taking our final few breaths here just to hold this frequency,

Maybe even bringing our hands to our heart to hold ourselves,

Hold this energy.

As we breathe,

Aiming this light,

Sealing our aura in this gold,

This shield,

Knowing we are protected,

We are connected,

That this loving energy,

This powerful energy will be surrounding us,

Will go before us,

And will hold us.

Gently,

Wherever you are,

Wiggling fingers,

The toes,

Finding that inner awareness,

Bringing it up into the eyes,

Gently blinking the eyes,

Taking one last deep breath in,

Gentle hold at the top,

Maybe even squeezing in the abs to feel that subtle rise.

Full exhale,

Dropping all the way back down into the belly and the hips.

You're rubbing the palms together and placing them out before you to just seal this practice.

Let that have the most beautiful day.
