This is a short and powerful morning three-round meditation breathwork session for joy.

To create excitement,

Peace,

And clarity for a joyous day filled with flow,

Meaning,

And joy.

Let's get started.

In three,

And two,

And in.

Out.

In.

Out.

Just breathe.

Using the breath to supercharge our intention for a joyous day.

Breathing in joy,

Exhaling stress.

You're doing great,

Almost there.

Three more breaths.

Big breath in,

And hold for 10 seconds.

And release.

45 second breath hold.

Experience the peace that you just created.

Peace is the soil that the seed of joy grows.

Feel the relaxation in your hands and feet.

Feel your shoulders and arms relaxing.

Breath in,

In three,

Two,

One.

Breath in,

And hold at the top for 10 seconds.

And release.

Getting ready now for round two.

In three,

Two,

Breath in,

Out.

Three more breaths.

Big breath in,

And hold for 10 seconds.

And release.

One minute breath hold.

How deeply can you relax?

The deeper you go,

The deeper you will flow throughout your day.

Breath in,

In three,

Two,

One.

Breath in,

And hold at the top for 10 seconds.

And release.

Getting ready now for the final round.

In three,

Two,

Breath in,

Out.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling stress.

Breathing in love,

Each breath strengthening your body.

And hold for 20 seconds.

And release.

One minute breath hold.

Deeply can you relax?
