Welcome to this Abundance Meditation.

To begin,

I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can sit or lie down,

Whichever feels best for you.

Close your eyes and start taking deep breaths into your belly and with each breath let your body melt into relaxation.

Listen to the soothing sounds of your inhale and exhale and feel the gentle raising and falling of your chest and your belly.

Continue to breathe in and out at a pace that feels comfortable for you,

Allowing your breath to become natural and calming.

As you breathe deeply,

Relax your body more and more and with each breath,

Starting from your forehead,

Imagine a gentle sensation sweeping through your body.

With each touch,

This sensation makes you feel more and more relaxed.

Allow this sensation to travel down your face,

Softening your eyes,

Cheeks and jaw.

Feel it moving down your neck and your shoulders,

Releasing any tension you might be holding there and let this sensation continue down your arms,

Relaxing your hands and your fingers.

Feel the relaxation spreading through your chest,

Allowing your heart to open and expand with each breath.

Keep breathing deeply as the sensation moves down your abdomen,

Feel your stomach softening and relaxing.

Let the sensation move down your back,

Easing any tightness and as it moves through your hips,

Feel any remaining tension melt away.

Let this relaxation continue down your legs,

All the way down to your feet and toes.

Take a few more deep inhales and with each exhale feel lighter and lighter,

As if you are releasing any stress or worries.

Now I would like you to imagine a stream of white light raising from the earth and flowing through you,

Starting from the base of your feet.

Feel this white stream of light moving through your entire body,

Through your belly,

Through your heart and through your head.

With each inhale the light becomes stronger and stronger,

Expanding its energy in your body.

Keep breathing deeply and feel how this energy is flowing through you.

Now imagine the stream of white light nourishing every cell in your body,

Bringing a sense of renewal and vitality.

And as this light continues to flow,

Visualize it leaving your body through the top of your head.

And as this light continues to flow,

Visualize it leaving your body through the top of your head.

As it leaves your body,

The light is transforming itself into a beautiful fountain that sprinkles millions of shiny sparkles on you.

This fountain represents the abundance that is being sprinkled on you,

Covering your entire body.

Allow yourself to feel the presence of this abundance.

Imagine it surrounding you,

Covering you with a profound sense of gratitude and joy.

Surrender to this universe and feel the infinite support it provides.

As you breathe,

The fountain becomes larger and larger,

Surrounding your entire body.

Feel how supported you are,

How held together you are,

Feel how supported you are,

How held you are and how abundant you are.

Trust in the limitless possibilities that are available to you.

Know that abundance is your birthright and that you are prosperous and you feel the joy that life has to offer.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a big deep inhale and exhale it all the way out.

Let the rhythm of your breath bring you back to this present moment.

Notice how good you feel,

How light you feel and how free you are.

Feel the sense of peace and happiness within you.

Take a moment to orientate yourself back into the room you are in.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,

Bringing the awareness back to your body.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of abundance and well-being with you.

Now you can step into the most abundant version of yourself,

Knowing that you are always supported and surrounded by the abundance of the universe.

Take this feeling with you throughout your day and let it inspire you to embrace all the opportunities that are available to you.
