Come to a comfortable seated position.
Allowing your eyes to close.
Pushing your shoulders down away from your ears.
Just bringing your attention and your awareness into your body.
Taking one big deep breath in through your nose.
And one big deep breath out through your mouth.
Just softening through your forehead.
Just softening through your forehead.
Your cheekbones.
Relaxing through your jaw.
And bringing your tongue away from the roof of your mouth.
Bringing your awareness and your attention completely into your body.
Bringing your attention and your awareness into your mind.
And with every inhale saying to yourself,
Let.
And with every exhale saying to yourself,
Go.
Just allowing your whole body to feel calm,
Feel relaxed.
And slowly starting to soften from the soles of your feet.
Working all the way up your body.
Stopping at any part of your body you need to to feel comfortable.
Allowing your thoughts to drift away.
Trying not to grab onto them as they pass through your mind.
And then allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
Noticing the rising and falling of your chest,
Of your tummy,
With every breath you take.
I want you to imagine that you are swimming in the sea.
Nice warm,
Calm,
Tropical waters.
Feeling the sun beaming down on your body.
You're just gently swimming in a little cove.
As you turn around and gaze at the land,
You can see soft white sand.
Some mountains in the background.
A few palm trees dotted on the beach.
And the sloping beach going down into the ocean.
Just noticing your little cove where you are.
The landscape just drops slowly and slightly.
And where you are you can stand.
You're just feeling the soft sand between your toes.
You have a snorkel on.
You place your face in the water.
Noticing the coolness of the water on your body.
Listening to the gentle lapping of the waves.
You can feel the body of water around you.
It's hugging you.
It's keeping you feeling calm and content.
And you're just watching all the colourful fish going about their day.
Noticing the colours of the coral.
The bright oranges,
Blues,
Greens.
Just gazing out a little further,
A little deeper.
Maybe you take a swim out to that deep area.
When you get to that deep area,
You notice the coolness of the water.
Still warm on top but slightly cooler where your feet are.
You see some dolphins playing in the water.
You glance over at them and they see you.
They just carry on their day.
Noticing the sun rays on the coral,
The shimmering.
Noticing how calm,
Relaxed and heavy your body feels.
You can just feel the water as you swim.
It's just washing away all of your stresses.
Washing away all of your pain.
And you're feeling completely calm,
Contented and relaxed in your ocean,
In your cove.
Just enjoying floating in the sea,
Enjoying being by yourself and enjoying the sensation.
As you slowly start to swim back to shore.
Noticing you can stand at a point where you carry on swimming until your hands reach the floor.
And you just take a seat on the sand,
Allowing the water to lap over your legs,
Cooling your legs.
And allowing the sun to warm your top body.
As you start to slowly bring your mind back into the room,
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes.
Have a stretch and a yawn,
Or hugging knees to your chest.
Rolling onto your right side if you're laying down,
And push up to a comfortable seated position.
Keeping your eyes closed.
One big deep breath in through your nose.
And one big deep breath out through your mouth.
Bringing your hands into prayer position.
Namaste.
