Coming to a comfortable seated position.
I'm just going to take you through a couple of rounds of breath just to completely land into our body.
Just allowing your eyes to close.
Just softening through your jaw.
Getting rid of any itches,
Any niggles before we start.
Noticing any tight areas within your body.
Now I just want you to take in three big deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose.
Really expanding through your tummy,
Through your chest.
Maybe pausing at the top of your inhale.
And then exhaling through your mouth.
Really releasing all of that negative energy.
And again breathing in through your nose,
Really filling your lungs,
Your tummy,
Your chest.
And exhaling out of your mouth.
And again breathing in through your nose.
Now this time imagining any negative energy,
Negative thoughts and just releasing with your next exhale.
Just allowing your whole body to centre.
Noticing the areas of your body,
Touching the mat,
Touching the floor,
Wherever you're seated.
Really just feeling comfortable in your own body.
And just allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
Trying not to force any breath in and out.
And on your next inhale I want you to imagine your heart lighting up with a flame.
Really visualising that flame with every inhale growing and getting bigger.
And then with your exhales still releasing any negative thoughts,
Negative tension.
Noticing with every inhale that flicker,
That flame in your heart growing bigger and bigger.
Expanding into your tummy.
Noticing the light from that flame.
And then as you inhale further,
Deeper,
Imagining that flame filling your body,
Filling your body with light.
Right down to the tips of your toes,
To the top of your head.
Really lighting up your body.
Making you feel abundant,
Making you feel happy,
Alive.
And then with your flame in your heart,
In your body,
Just visualising taking a walk,
Going to your happy place.
Wherever that happy place may be.
And just spreading your light to those around you.
Having that aura about you.
Spreading joy,
Spreading light,
Spreading hope to those around you.
Noticing the sounds,
Noticing what you're looking at in your place of visualisation.
How are you feeling?
What are you seeing?
Feel joy,
Feel love filling your heart,
Filling your space,
Your aura.
Just keep breathing,
Keep walking.
And just feeling so happy,
So calm where you are in your visualisation.
What are you actually doing?
You might just be walking,
You might be seated.
Just noticing that feeling,
That feelness of that light in your body,
Of that flame in your heart.
Noticing how it's making you feel.
Every inhale,
That light getting stronger,
That flame in your heart getting stronger.
And then as you come back,
Bringing the sensation back into your body.
Just slowly start to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggling your toes.
And setting three intentions today.
What is it that you want to accomplish today?
What is it that you would like in your life?
What do you desire?
And say them out loud,
Or if not say them in your mind and just let these words fill your body with light.
Just noticing how you're feeling.
Noticing where you want to be and what you want to do with your life.
And one more big deep inhale again,
Imagine visualising that light,
That flame in your heart,
Big inhale through your nose.
And a big exhale through your mouth,
Letting go,
Letting it out into the universe.
Letting the universe know that you're here.
You can stay here for as long or as little as you need to.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes and carrying on with your day.
