In this practice I'm going to be supporting you with connection to your heart so find a comfortable position that allows you to be relaxed and comfortable and next I invite you to place either one hand or both hands on your chest the heart center and just feel the weight of your hand on your heart and just checking in to notice if your heart feels heavy or tight or light and soft practicing fully accepting what is next I invite you to take a few gentle breaths into your chest feeling your chest expanding and contracting next I invite you to visualize a blank screen it could be through your third eye,

It could be in another way that you visualize and let that blank screen reveal to you in a moment what you are holding in your heart as if you're watching a movie so you are seeing what it is that you are carrying in your heart on that screen and you're just witnessing observing staying present to what is to the extent you can you might only see one particular memory or you might notice oh there's a lot of grief that I'm seeing on my screen or you might notice oh I'm carrying a heartbreak in my heart whatever your higher self chooses to reveal to you in this moment can you allow yourself to be open to that non-judgmentally and let's say you are carrying a lot of grief in your heart can you open in this moment to that grief very gently without overwhelming yourself or pushing beyond your capacity but simply acknowledging what it is that you're capable of in this moment while gently opening to your heart recognizing that openness is the natural state of your heart and if it has been shut down or closed off then there's some work to do and then from here can you extend some love and compassion to the part of you that is carrying the grief or holding the heartbreak or maybe resisting allowing whatever is present here to be there and breathing through whatever is emerging for you if anything softening if possible learning to feel into your heart and if there's a layer of numbness present accepting that sitting with that and if there's a layer of sadness present accepting that there's a layer of pain present accepting that there's a layer of sadness present accepting that there's a layer of pain present with the surface on which you are seated or laying down and gradually and gently bringing this practice to completion
