I lay on the ground,

The earth steady beneath me,

The scent of freshly cut grass rising in the air,

Filling my nostrils,

Breeze brushes my face,

Soft against my skin,

Sending shivers through my spine,

My body tingling,

The sun pours its warmth over me,

Gentle,

Golden,

I feel present in this moment,

A loose fabric drapes across my body,

Opening me to spaciousness,

Reminding me I belong,

This moment is mine,

Just me,

Breathing with nature,

My heart filling with quiet joy,

Love,

Compassion,

In a distance,

Music drifts away,

Laughter hums,

The sounds of life weaving through the air,

Even in solitude,

I am full,

Connected,

In love,

Grateful,

I am lost in time,

I am lost in space,

Flowing through life,

This single moment was worth an entire lifetime.
