Welcome,

This is your space,

A moment to return to yourself,

To root down so you can rise.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Whatever your body needs right now,

Let your hands rest gently,

Maybe close your eyes if it feels safe.

This is your time now,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Just you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Inhale,

And exhale.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully.

With every breath,

Let your body soften.

Let yourself land here.

Allow yourself to feel the surface beneath you.

Let the gravity hold you.

Supported,

Steady,

Secure.

Each inhale reminds you,

I am alive.

Each exhale reminds you,

I am safe.

And if your mind drifts,

Remember to always return to your breath.

Inhaling,

And exhaling.

Now imagine a soft light gathering at the base of your spine.

With each breath,

That light travels downward through your hips,

Through your legs,

Through your feet,

Rooting you deeply into the air.

With each breath,

You feel more grounded,

More supported,

More steady.

Now bring your awareness to your heart.

There is a quiet fire there.

Not loud,

Not frantic,

But steady.

Steady,

Patient,

Yours.

This is the part of you that never gave up.

Even when you were alone.

Even when others didn't believe in you.

Even when you were afraid.

You kept going.

You stood up.

You moved forward.

Not because it was easy.

But because something inside you refused to settle,

Stay stuck.

Unfamiliar.

Feel that now.

That unbreakable part of you.

That spark of self-belief.

Inner fire.

Self-love.

Maybe it was born in silence.

Maybe it grew through heartbreak.

Maybe it formed in the moments when you had no choice but to rise.

Let that spark ignite now.

Feeling your chest.

Feeling your spine.

Feeling your entire body.

Whole being.

And now,

Repeat silently or out loud after me.

I am grounded in my truth.

I am brave even when I'm afraid.

I believe in myself even when I make mistakes.

I carry my courage like a flame that never goes out.

You are never meant to be like everyone else.

You can't be.

You are uniquely you.

You are the one who dares.

The one who rises.

The one who keeps choosing yourself.

Inhale strength.

Exhale fear.

Inhale clarity.

Exhale doubt.

Inhale courage.

Exhale anything that no longer belongs to you.

You are allowed to take up space.

You are allowed to change your life.

You are allowed to choose yourself.

Begin to bring awareness back to your body.

Feel your breath again.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the life.

In your beating heart.

You are still you but more rooted.

More grounded.

More sure.

More alive.

Take one last deep breath in.

And exhale with gratitude.

Gently start to wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Maybe stretch a little.

And then slowly open your eyes.

Come back to this moment.

Back to your life.

With more clarity.

More strength.

You are not too much.

You are not too late.

You are not alone.

You are a force of nature.

And the world is better for you.

Better because you're in it.
