This guided meditation supports you in moving through change with greater calm, trust, and inner stability. Through breath, awareness, and visualization, you will explore the fear that often arises during transitions and gently release the beliefs and emotional patterns connected to it. The meditation guides you through a symbolic tunnel - representing the passage between the old and the new - and into a field of light where a more aligned version of yourself already exists. As you reconnect with your Higher Consciousness and Source energy, fear can soften, and a deeper sense of guidance and safety begins to emerge.
