Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.

Let go of all the tension in your body.

Relax your face.

Relax your neck,

Shoulders and arms.

Quiet your thoughts.

Quiet your mind.

And again,

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.

And one more time,

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale.

And then,

Go to your heart.

And from there,

Just imagine,

Imagine,

Visualize or intend to be filled with this pure divine purple light.

The energy of your true authentic self.

All around you.

Within you.

Filling you.

And while you are in this purple light,

Held,

Loved,

Supported,

Loved,

Say from your heart,

I now know,

Ask and intend,

To be always wrapped in and filled with this energy.

This is who I really am.

A fast,

Pure,

Whole and complete divine essence.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I imagine a gold and silver light coming in through the top of my head,

Entering my body.

Replacing the purple light that is there inside of me.

I fill my body with this gold and silver light.

Gold and silver flowing in through the top of my head.

Filling my skull,

My brain,

My face,

My jaw.

I become gold and silver through my throat and neck.

The light is spreading through my shoulders,

My arms and hands.

My upper back and chest.

My lower back and belly.

It's filling my thighs,

My knees,

My ankles and my feet.

I am completely filled with this gold and silver light.

And I hold this vibration.

I hold this light within me.

A very powerful gold and silver light.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I just hold that vibration within my body.

And I now imagine that every cell in my body is reformatting to this new frequency.

The colors are gold and silver and the tone is zero universal.

I just say zero universal.

And I speak my intent while holding this vibration,

This frequency,

This energy within my body as I say from my heart.

I am creator on this earth and I now choose to manifest this empowered,

Authentic identity in this physical shape that I am today as of now.

I choose to manifest my authentic identity fearlessly as of today,

As of now.

And so it is.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I continue to imagine that I emerged and that I am absorbing these colors,

These frequencies.

And while I do that,

I see it,

I feel it,

I intend it.

And I am now sitting in a crystal-like diamond structure.

I hold this visual and I imagine that I become this structure.

My energy field is this diamond structure.

It is made of a crystal-like energy.

And this energy allows me to kind of gel this new belief system and this new vibration and to keep it in place within my energy field and within every cell of my physical body.

Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,

I focus on my intent again.

I hold my intent and I allow it to be.

I just am and I just allow myself to be the magnificent,

Fearless,

Empowered,

Connected being that I am.

This is who I really am.

And while I focus on this energy,

I say one more time from my heart,

I want to be my divine,

Authentic self.

I am my divine,

Authentic self in this lifetime,

In this physical shape,

In this moment in time.

Today,

And as of today,

Moving forward.

And so it is.
