From Pleading To Power: Introduction To Praying

What if prayer is not about asking something outside of you for help, but about conscious co-creation?

In this talk, you are invited to gently shift your understanding of praying. From dependency and hoping… to clarity, alignment, and creative participation.

You begin to explore how words carry frequency, how thoughts are energetic emissions, and how the way you ask shapes what you can receive. Prayer becomes communion. A deliberate movement of energy within the Unified Field. A conscious participation in creation.

Take a deep breath in. Deep, Deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Praying. I don't know about you, But as a child, I learned how to pray. Or actually, I learned how to plead to a God far, Far away. To please, Please help me. To forgive me to fulfill my needs. Please help me, Father in Heaven. Something like that. And of course, To say thank you also. Which was then, Unconsciously, Probably the best part of the praying. Because of the frequency of appreciation and gratefulness I was emitting. Back then, I had no idea about frequencies, No idea about energy, About consciousness. And no idea about how the universe works. No idea about what this earthly reality is like, Here within the bigger whole of the entire universe. I had no idea about who I really was, What I came to do, And let alone how to create. How to co-create with the forces of the universe. I had no clue at all. And I suppose many of us don't. Of course, We were never taught all of this. Our parents were never taught all of this. So, How could we know? Ask and you shall receive. That was what Jesus said. That is what I remember. But how? I kept asking and asking and asking. And then, The answers didn't come. Or at least, I did not notice them. Because asking is one thing. Asking from a place of dependency, Of feeling unworthy, From a place of feeling lack, Is not really the best place to ask from. And even more not the best place to receive from. Oh no. And now I know, That in the old original scriptures, Jesus also said, Ask from the heart. Which means, In a true heartfelt desire for the highest good of all evolved. And so, No ego-based asking, Out of insecurity and from fear. The second thing Jesus taught was, And it's so beautiful. Surround yourself with the answer. Wow. Ask from your heart and surround yourself with the answer. And that last part is a bit crucial, Right? Because if I don't feel the answer already, Then how could I ever receive? It is simply not a vibrational match. Now I know about vibration, Energies and attraction, It makes so much more sense. It is not about a big guy in the sky granting me my wishes, Or not. Depending on how much he loves me, Or not. No. Now I know, That the whole fabric of creation, Of the universe, Is always giving and providing. That my creator, My father in heaven, Is always providing. Always answering every asking. And it's up to me to use my free will, To use my creative power, To meet my manifestations at the frequency level where they are. It's up to me to meet my divine creator at the frequency level where that energy is. I ask and I receive, For it is law. A universal law. But whether I am able to aware of this receiving, Of these manifestations, Is really up to me. A whole universe full of energies, Full of divine beings, Full of love, Is supporting me, Is supporting you. And we indeed have free will. I am a divine being, On my own, With my ability to choose and to create. And so are you. We have the ability to choose and to co-create with the universe. How empowering is that? And I get to do something in this process. I get to ask and to receive. So praying is to me this process of deliberate co-creation with the universe, With the divine, With my own higher consciousness and with my divine father creator. In this deep, Deep communion, With a sense of a deep, Deep connection and feeling loved and supported, I state my askings, My prayers. For the highest good of myself, For the highest good of all those concerned, For the highest good of the earth and for the highest good of humanity. And how can the cosmic forces of the universe provide me with the most appropriate and perfect response to my prayer? If I can use my brain in a laser-focused way, I will be able to ask more sharply. I will be able to receive better. I will be able to be a much more deliberate creator of my own reality. And so are you. And with every prayer, We are adding information to our own consciousness and to the collective consciousness of humanity. With every frequency we emit, We are adding to the expansion of our own consciousness and to the expansion of the universe. Every prayer, Every word is an imprint on our consciousness. It is information, Energy, Added to our consciousness. It is me evolving, It is you evolving, It is us evolving. It is us changing our information, Our software, Our data, Our programming. It is us changing the information that we are emitting into the unified field. You can visualize it. You can visualize it as new energy being added to your energy field. And while praying is also releasing old programming, It is also letting go of old worn-out information that doesn't serve you anymore. It is releasing the old information, Transmuting it, Transforming it into new information, As well as adding this information with a higher frequency. New information that is bringing you more and more the energy of who you really are. So every prayer, Every word, Every thought is you becoming a new you. Every prayer is you letting go of lower frequencies and embodying higher frequencies, With which you can receive better, With which you can be an even better and more aligned representative of your Divine Father Creator. And the more momentum we give it, The more it will be you and me. The more you will be automatically emitting this frequency. And you can listen to the prayers that we will state together. You can repeat them silently or out loud. And what helps is to visualize them as particles of energy, Leaving your mind, Your forehead as an arrow, Shooting them right into space with so much precision, With so much force, With so much clarity. These prayers are designed with this clarity, With this precision, With this frequency. So use it for your own benefit. And of course you can also write them down, Because writing them down will give the words even more and more momentum. It will direct them with even more precision and clarity and momentum. Writing down allows you to focus more and to carry out the intent on a physical medium, So it's even more tangible already. And you can use all the prayers also for releasing all your limiting beliefs, Frequencies and blocks as well. And together we will do more on that, Because every asking and intending is also a beautiful invitation for the releasing of the blocks. Because when we state our intent, So many things can come up. Have I asked very clearly and deliberately? Am I focused and clear in my askings and intendings? Hmm, You will find out that that's often not the case. We are not so clear on what we really want. The doubt is already there. So the second question, Is this really, Really, Really, Really what I want? What I now ask and pray and intend, Is that really, Really from my heart what I want? In other words, Is this really my heart's desire, My true desire from a higher consciousness? Is it a line? Or is this asking coming forth from belief systems, From a human mind and from fear? This was what Jesus meant with ask from your heart. Third question, Do I believe that I will receive this? That I can manifest this? That it is my birthright to manifest and receive this? Do I truly, Truly, Truly believe with every cell in my body? Ooh, Can you feel it? The contraction? What if, What if I get disappointed? That's also a block. The fourth and final question, Can I really, Really surrender to the process? Can I let go of the how, The how it will come into my experience? Do I really trust that it will come to me in the best way possible? Because the cosmic forces of the universe and my own higher consciousness and my creator know way better than my human mind to bring it to me. This process of these four questions and we call it the creative formula, Is pure gold. Pure gold not only for your process of praying and manifesting and creating, Also for your own healing. Because you will come across your blocks and limiting beliefs big time. Trust me. But there's nothing wrong, That's a true gift. Because every time you release, You become more free, More who you really are. And the more you are who you really are, The more of your own unique divine frequency pours through in your human experience. And that makes you a more magnetic, More powerful, More and a more deliberate creator. Wow, This is all what praying is about. It is so much more than I could ever have imagined when I was younger. And at the same time, It's still this direct communion with my own higher self, With my own creator. But how beautiful it is to do that process, To be in that communion more deliberately, With more precision, With more focus. And in the upcoming days, We will start to send out this information to really set up a new framework within ourselves, Within ourselves, Within our energy field, Within our entire consciousness. That is what these prayers are all about. Adding this information to us, So we start to emit that frequency into the field. And from that place, The manifestations come towards us. Because we start to perceive reality in a different way. We will set up our entire energy field for a new way of praying. And this will give all of our prayers, All of our askings, Our intendings that are to follow more force, More momentum, More specificity, More power, More alignment. And for now, Let's start with our first intent. So focus on your heart, Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, You can state out loud or quietly within yourself, While you visualize these words, This energy being sent out from your brain, From your forehead, As an arrow into the unified field, As you say. I now ask and intend to set up a framework for all of my prayers, All of my askings, All of my intendings, All of my thoughts, My words, And my interactions with the entire universe around me, Which are to follow as of now. And this framework will allow me to always remember and embody this powerful focus, This deep appreciation and this deep, Deep knowing that I am co-creating my reality with the Divine for the highest good and spiritual growth. Of all. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And exhale.
