In this meditation, you are guided to deeply connect with your body and emotions. Through gentle strength and mindful attention, you bring relaxation to areas of your body where tension and discomfort reside. You are invited to listen with curiosity and without judgment to the messages your body is offering. Each breath and moment of presence helps you release emotional blocks and fills your body with peace, softness, and trust. This meditation is specifically designed to support you in moments when you feel overwhelmed by emotions, helping you to calm down. This is already very beneficial, and it also reconnects you with the wisdom of your body and Higher Consciousness. The music is composed by Frits Evelein

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.

And now,

Start by lifting your shoulders,

Raise them very high,

Up,

Up,

Up and hold your breath,

Feel the tension,

Feel the difficulty,

Feel the tension in your body,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Inhale and then release.

And again,

Take a deep breath in,

Shoulders up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Feel the strain,

Feel the tension and let go.

Yes,

It is getting easier.

Feel the relief and then one more time,

Once more,

Breathe in deeply through your nose and once more,

Up,

Up,

Up your shoulders,

Feel the tension,

Lift them up,

Tighten the tension,

Engage those muscles in your neck and your shoulders,

Lift your shoulders and release.

Ok.

It's all good.

Now,

Soften your eyes,

Soften your entire face,

Relax your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

Soften your face and then create an inner smile.

While your face remains completely relaxed on the outside,

Form a smile on the inside,

Pulling the corners of your mouth up towards the tip of your ears.

And then,

Feel the silence in your mind,

Notice how you can perceive sounds without them affecting you.

And then bring this silence down,

Through your throat,

Your neck,

Into your heart.

And now,

Be kind in your thoughts and in your heart towards someone you love,

Someone or something.

Then take the stillness and the love further down into your lower abdomen,

Breathe deeply into your lower belly.

And now,

You've tapped into that gentle power,

That gentle strength within you.

You feel a bit sleepy,

Half asleep,

Half awake.

A bit like swaying in the wind.

And while you're in that gentle strength,

Swaying,

Imagine a thin beam of light coming down from the centre of the universe,

Filled with pure Source energy.

And it's right above your head now.

Pure,

Clean,

Clear Source light.

And it flows through your head,

Where you begin to activate that gentle strength.

And it flows through your throat,

Your neck,

Your heart,

Your belly.

Down through your legs,

Your feet,

Into the Earth.

Through this beam of light,

You are connected to your higher consciousness,

To Source and to the Earth.

You,

Your physical body,

Is the connecting point.

And your body can feel calm and at ease,

Knowing that you are held and supported from both sides.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath.

And while you exhale,

Bring your attention back to your belly and take that gentle strength with you.

And with this gentle strength from the inside,

We are going to find our kidneys.

Your kidneys are located in the lower abdomen,

Towards the back of your body,

On either side of your spine,

Roughly at the level or just above your navel.

Go there with your inner gentle power,

Your inner gentle strength,

That softness within you.

And just feel,

How does it feel there,

In this area around your kidneys?

Is it tight or tense?

Warm or perhaps a bit cooler?

Can you feel a lot or only a little?

Bring your breath closer to that area.

This is the region associated with feeling insecure,

With stress,

With fear.

It is one of the five emotional traps,

Often subtle forms of insecurity.

Various little things from the outside world that make us feel a bit anxious.

And while anxious may seem like a strong word,

These feelings do throw us off balance.

And simply by being present with your awareness,

And breathing into it,

Your body begins to open up a bit.

It relaxes,

It loosens up.

And it starts breathing with you.

And that gentle feeling returns,

That sense of openness,

That sense of adventure,

That sense that it is fun to be here.

Notice how this whole area softens.

Take a deep breath in,

In through your nose.

And exhale through your mouth.

And now,

Let's go to your heart,

Inside,

With your gentle strength.

Your heart,

You know where to find it.

It's behind your breastbone,

To the left of center.

Glide there with your gentle strength,

With your attention and awareness.

And start breathing there in that area.

Play with it a bit.

Where is your heart?

But also,

How does it feel there,

In that area around my heart?

Just be present there with soft eyes,

With this gentle power within you.

And if there's tension,

This is the area of irritation.

Irritation annoyance.

Yes,

And by breathing,

By simply being there,

Happiness reappears.

Our ability to simply be happy,

Connected to your heart.

It doesn't have to be grand or exaggerated or euphoric.

No,

It can be very small.

Small,

Subtle,

Gentle.

Just a slight feeling of happiness and gratitude.

That's more than enough.

And then notice how the irritation and restlessness disappear,

Like snow melting in the sun.

Simply through your attention and awareness.

And again,

Take a deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Thank your heart.

And move a little further with your gentle strength,

Inside,

To your lungs.

Where are your lungs?

Breathe in through your nose,

And you immediately feel where they are.

A left and right lung wrapped around your heart.

Go there,

With your attention and gentle strength.

And here,

As you feel depression and heaviness,

Sadness can arise.

Just go there.

Just be curious.

You don't need to do anything,

Just observe.

Breathe into your lungs.

How does it feel?

Can you perceive feelings of heaviness?

Maybe some hopelessness or sadness?

Again,

You don't need to change anything,

Just be there,

With your attention.

And again,

Simply by being present.

No matter how subtle,

Your lungs will begin to move with you.

To breathe with you.

They will naturally seek more space.

Your posture may change a bit.

You may sit up a bit straighter.

And yes,

The courage to life reappears.

Overconfidence,

Subtle.

You feel your posture becoming straighter,

Your breathing calmer.

Ah,

It's all good.

Bring it on,

Life is for me.

Life is not happening to me,

It's happening for me.

And yes,

A sense of adventure arises.

Yes,

It's fun to be here,

Something like that.

Ah,

That's nice.

So keep breathing in and out.

And as you exhale,

Let's move on to your liver.

Inside with your gentle strength to your liver,

Under your right ribcage.

It's quite a large organ,

So place your right hand on it.

It's somewhat protected behind the ribs in the upper right part of your abdomen,

Near your solar plexus.

Feel where your liver is and make contact with it.

This is the area of the fourth emotional trap,

Frustration.

Once you've found the spot,

Breathe into it.

Notice how it feels there.

Is it tight?

A bit contracted or dry?

Or is it relaxed?

You don't need to change anything,

Just be present with your gentle strength,

With your awareness.

Breathe into your liver.

And simply by being present,

By breathing,

Everything relaxes.

It starts to flow.

And then,

In a very subtle way,

Very gently,

Kindness begins to rise.

Softness.

The frustration slowly fades away.

On its own,

You don't need to do anything.

And kindness towards yourself,

Towards your liver,

Which does all that work for you continuously.

Cleaning,

Cleansing,

Detoxifying,

Supporting you.

This kindness returns to your body through slow breathing and being present.

Nice.

And then,

Just one more spot.

Take a deep breath in to your nose again.

Deep,

Deep breath.

And exhale through your mouth.

One more time,

Your spleen.

Where is your spleen?

It's on the left side.

Really on the side,

Under your ribcage,

In the flank.

Completely protected under your ribs.

This is the area of your fifth emotional trap.

Worrying,

Being anxious.

Yes,

Bring your attention there.

You don't need to know exactly where it is,

But somewhere on the left side,

A bit higher than your liver,

Under your ribs,

Near the stomach,

Lies your spleen.

Just go there with your gentle strength,

With your awareness,

Inside,

And say hello.

Ah,

Yes,

Stay with your breath,

With your presence in that area.

This is the place where the worrying happens if you can't sleep well.

And again,

You don't need to change anything,

Just breathe in to it.

Simply remain present,

That's enough.

Then it already happens.

And then,

Very subtle,

Trust returns.

It's all not grand or intense or very emotional.

These are small,

Light shifts.

But just notice,

Everything is breathing better.

Your body opens up.

Your cells are opening up.

Simply through your presence.

And your body becomes soft and calm,

As if you are resting while being awake.

Swaying in the wind.

Half asleep,

Half awake.

And there,

In the softness,

Happiness rises in your heart.

Around your lungs,

Courage and hope.

Around your liver,

Kindness and softness.

And around your spleen,

Trust and balance.

And notice how wonderful it feels to have regained your emotional balance.

Stay with this feeling for a moment,

For as long as you can.

And sink even deeper into it.

You can have a wonderful sleep now,

If you are planning to.

Or take this gentle,

Pleasant,

Emotional balance with you for the rest of your day.

Enjoy.
