Doing automatic writing or working with your pendulum.
This is also a great meditation to help feel lighter and feel open to any signs or messages that the universe has for you.
Hello and welcome.
My name is Elle and today I'll be guiding you through a practice to raise your vibration so that you can connect to the universe and your spirit guides.
The best way to do this meditation is to sit down with your back supported.
You can also do this in a chair with back support with your feet flat on the floor.
Wiggling so that your sits bones connect with whatever you're sitting on,
Place your hands palms up on your thighs and feel everything that's touching root into the earth.
Imagine the color red.
The root chakra is where we root down into this plane where we think about our finances,
Our home and our security.
So think about everything rooting down into the earth as a beautiful ball of white light starts to cleanse around your tailbone and your pubic bone,
Clearing out any fears or any attachments you have to things relating to the root chakra.
And as this ball of white light travels up,
It comes into the sacral chakra,
Which is associated with the color orange.
This is where we connect to our inner child.
This is where we hold a lot of our emotions,
Especially around our relationships.
It's the chakra that holds our creativity and our inner fire.
It connects us with our path for this lifetime and our purpose.
So as this white light is weaving in and out of our reproductive organs around our hip bones,
It's clearing out anything that's holding you back or not letting you move forward.
Clearing out any blocks around your creativity,
Your relationships and your joy.
And as this white light starts to move up from your hips and the base of your spine,
It comes into your solar plexus chakra around your belly button.
This is associated with the color yellow.
This is all about our power and our willpower.
And so this white ball of light is clearing out anything that's getting in the way of us expressing our power and detaching us from anyone or anything that holds power over us.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in and exhale out.
This white healing light is also clearing any digestion issues that can also be associated with our solar plexus chakra.
And as the white light moves up,
It comes into our heart chakra where we hold emotions around love for ourself and others.
And this white light circles all the way across the front of our rib cage in and out through each rib on the side and through the back of the rib cage.
Feel your chest opening up as this white healing light clears everything associated with heartache,
Disappointment and anger.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in and exhale out.
And now this white light travels up into your throat chakra where we communicate with ourself and others.
This healing light circles all the way around our neck in and out of our throat,
Clearing anything that's preventing us from speaking our truth and saying what needs to be said.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in and exhale out.
Inhale in and exhale out.
And exhale out.
And now this healing light travels up from the throat into our third eye,
Into that point between the brow where we connect to our inner knowing and our intuition.
As the white light gets bigger,
It's clearing out all of our doubts about listening to our intuition,
Clearing out any of the analytical pieces that keep our mind running,
Clearing those away so that we can access our own knowing.
Inhaling in and exhaling out.
Inhaling in and exhaling out.
And finally,
This white light cleanses up through the crown of our head,
Through the top of our head,
Opening up this pathway to communicate with the universe and the stars.
This white light cleanses all around our face and our forehead,
Taking with it any doubt that we have about what the universe is trying to tell us.
The universe and our spirit guides talk to us all the time,
Through signs,
Through words,
Through other people,
Through what we read in books.
It's always trying to help us find the right way and reconnect with the reason that we came to this earth.
Inhaling in and exhaling out.
Inhaling in and exhaling out.
Feeling that entire ball of white light swirling all the way up from the root,
All the way through the crown chakra,
Clearing away any attachments,
Cleansing away any pain or hurt,
Clearing all the things attached to your subtle body.
Your physical body and your spiritual body,
Leaving your crown open so that you can receive any messages the universe has for you today.
