Explore MeditationElle is a spirited wellness and fitness educator from the Midwest who now resides on the east side of Los Angeles. As a lifelong dancer and athlete, she's been drawn to health and wellness her entire life. One of her first memories of this is designing a summer strength program for herself in the fourth grade so she could be stronger and faster than her older brother who loved to pick on her. As a Gemini sun, Elle has studied many areas of the healing arts including mediation, the chakra system, breathwork, yoga and fitness, tarot, mediumship, human design, astrology, spirit and moon work, and many, many more topics. She incorporates holistic wellness and spirituality into her guided meditations, sound journeys, and breath sessions. Her fitness teaching journey began at the University of Missouri and extended through various avenues including corporate and private clients. Elle holds certifications in 200-hour yoga, Reiki Level 1, and is currently training in STOTT Pilates for Reformer and equipment-based classes.
