Global Healing Meditation

In this meditation, you will be guided to invoke cosmic light (Mahatma energy) to go through your energy centers and then into the world around you. Whether you are a healing practitioner or a beginner of meditation, everyone is encouraged use this track to help make the globe a better place for all of us in the oneness of now. Bringing more justice, unity, harmony, balance, joy, love, and health for all beings on this planet. Feel free to invite other healing modalities into this meditation (Archangel light, Reiki, unicorn energy, dragon spirits, intergalactic light, etc). Please give yourself proper time to return after the meditation is complete, drink a lot of water and have nourishing, grounding foods within 24 hours of doing this practice. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself and any feelings that may arise doing this work. There is a soft fan background noise along with some of Eliyaju’s breathing in between guided direction.
