This is the journey to envision and connect with your desired life.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Seated with your spine in alignment with your head,
Shoulders rolled back and down but relaxed,
Or laying down,
Making sure that your spine is in alignment,
Whether you have a pillow or not,
Allowing yourself to be comfortable,
Grabbing extra blankets if needed,
Having your journal nearby,
Letting yourself take the time now to create your most comfortable and wonderful space to go on this journey.
Begin by focusing in on your breath without judgment,
Allowing yourself to notice how deep or shallow you are currently breathing,
Noticing the rise of your chest with each inhale and the fall with each exhale,
Intentionally deepening your breath,
Fully inhaling into your diaphragm,
Expanding your lungs with fresh oxygen,
Holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
If it is accessible to you,
Breathing in and out through your nose.
We're going to start with a body scan,
Bringing your awareness to the top of your head and taking a deep breath here,
Filling your lungs with oxygen,
Holding at the top and exhaling.
Noticing if there's any soreness or tension in the body without trying to change it,
Without judging it,
Moving through your head and your face,
Relaxing the muscles in your face behind your eyes,
Above your eyebrows,
Doing your best to relax and take a deep breath in and on the exhale,
Relaxing your muscles even deeper,
Releasing your jaw,
Tension in your neck,
Moving down through your throat,
Into the left shoulder,
Just noticing,
Observing,
And breathing deeper into your shoulder to let it go with each exhale,
Sinking further into the ground beneath you,
Knowing that you are safe here,
Moving down your left arm,
Passing your elbow,
Your wrist,
Moving into your hand,
Feeling each individual finger.
You might notice a pulse or a tingling sensation in your palms.
This is normal.
Allow yourself to bring your mind's eye or your awareness back up into your right shoulder,
Taking a deep breath into your right shoulder and on the exhale,
Releasing any excess tension as best as you can,
Moving down the right arm,
Through your elbow,
Into the wrist,
And down into your hand,
Into each individual finger of your right hand.
Breathing in and exhaling,
Releasing tension in both of your arms,
Coming into your upper back,
Moving down through your back,
Moving into your heart space,
Taking a deep breath here,
And having a moment of gratitude for taking some time out of your day to connect into your body before connecting to your celestial guides.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,
Releasing any tension in your torso,
Moving down through your stomach,
Your solar plexus,
Down through your sacral and your pelvis,
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,
Releasing tension here,
Moving down your left leg,
Passing your quads,
Passing your quad down through your knee,
Your calf,
And taking a deep breath into your calf and exhaling,
Releasing tension,
Moving down through your ankle,
Into the foot,
Noticing each individual toe and taking another deep breath in through your foot and exhaling,
Releasing and letting go of tension,
Bringing your awareness back into your right hip,
Moving down your right leg through your quad,
Passing down your knee and taking a deep breath into your right calf and exhaling,
Releasing tension,
Relaxing deeper into your body,
Moving down through your ankle to your right foot and noticing each individual toe and how they're feeling,
Taking a deep breath and exhaling,
Fully letting go,
Trusting that you are experiencing exactly what you need to in this journey.
You may fall asleep or you may be consciously aware of the entire journey.
Whatever you experience is exactly what you need right here,
Right now.
Begin to use your imagination,
Your awareness,
Your feeling,
Sensation,
Trusting or knowing that right in front of you lies a vast and large rose gold of light.
You are safe to enter into this pool and you are encouraged to allow the frequencies of this rose gold cosmic light to transmute and clear your energy field,
Allowing you to bathe in cosmic love,
Soaking up wisdom,
Compassion,
Harmony and beauty.
This breathtaking beautiful rose gold pool sparkles around you and with gratitude in your heart,
Soak in this golden wisdom and rose pink love.
Trust that you are surrounded by safety and high vibrational cosmic beings.

Invite in your unicorn guide and it greets you at this pool.
You may see its bright shimmering glittering horn.
Notice if your unicorn has wings,
How strong it stands before you.
And if you'd like,
You can give it a hug and connect with it.
Gaze into its eyes,
Gently connecting with this shimmering horse in front of you.
You can tell this unicorn about your vision with enthusiasm.
The feelings you'd like to experience in this lifetime.
Once you're complete,
Your unicorn nods to acknowledge it has heard you,
Bending its head and touching your forehead with its horn of light.
Feel the pure unicorn qualities pouring in to support your dream.
Once that is complete,

Imagine,
Or think about the next step you need to take as if it has already happened.
As if it has already been completed.
Imagine,

Sense,
Or know that your next step has been completed.
Feel into the emotions,
The sensations and the feelings of how it feels to have your vision complete,
Of that next step moving towards your desires.
Let the gratitude and the smile widen across your face.

Feeling the warmth pulsing or radiating from your hands to your eyelids.
And with a smile on your face,
Gently blinking your eyes open.
Noticing the room that you are in,
The colors,
If there are any sounds,
Any smells or anything you can taste,
What you can feel.
Take as long as you need to come back into the space.
It might feel good to give yourself a hug,
To shake out your body or stretch nice and big.
Make sure you drink lots and lots of water.
