Welcome to your end-of-the-day review time.

It's so amazing you give yourself this time and space to do that.

I invite you to review your day through the lens of positivity,

Of gratitude and everything what could happen to you today.

To celebrate,

Really embody the joy of your experiences,

Your way of stepping milestones of your progress,

Embodying your dreams,

But also even more importantly,

In your way of being.

Maybe in your kinder,

More self-loving relationship with yourself,

But also the world.

Because it is so important for several reasons.

First of all,

At the end of the day,

Before going to bed,

If you do this regularly,

You help your system to process information that happened during the day.

You help your brain to cluster the experiences,

All the emotions,

So your brain and your nervous system have less work during the night.

Secondly,

It helps you to soothe maybe your activated nervous system from the stress.

And thirdly,

It helps you to really see a bigger picture,

Because our survival brain is often trained to look into the thread,

Or where we are not yet,

Or how we supposed to be,

But we are not,

And all that jazz.

So consciously training your celebration muscle,

Look at how much good happened,

And training that filter will help you to be more positive and more excited,

And embody more joy and pleasure in your life,

Which is essential to soothe in your nervous system,

And train the flexibility for your nervous system to handle more stress.

So just get yourself comfortable,

And give yourself that space and time to review your day.

Take a deep breath,

And let go everything for the moment.

You don't have to do or solve anything right now.

This is the end of the daytime.

And connect with the earth.

Let the earth energy hold you.

Let the gravity hold you.

Just lean back and let the earth energy to resource you through your feet,

To all the body,

All the body parts towards the head.

Clean,

Purify,

Let it go,

Observe,

And give it all back to the earth through your feet.

And just notice how this is a time for unbinding,

Time to relax.

Time to surrender.

Time to lean on your safety.

It's nothing to solve or to do.

You can do that later,

You can do that tomorrow.

For now,

I'm just inviting you to notice your body,

And to notice all you collected during the day.

But also to release everything what is no longer serving you anymore.

All the energies from all the places you've been,

From all the people you met,

All what you did and didn't do today,

All the expectations from others and yourself.

Just breathe all of that out and let it go.

Just give it back to the earth.

Let it recycle.

Release all the contractions and tensions in your body.

Just unwind.

Release and let go everything that doesn't belong to you anymore.

Just release,

Relax,

And let it go.

All the identities,

All of them supposed to be.

Take another deep breath in your heart and open yourself to that spaciousness,

Relaxation,

Expansive space to review your day.

And just relax even deeper and slow down even more.

And I invite you to notice those little joys or big joys you experienced today.

So let's start with the first thing you would like to bring up.

What amazing happened to you today?

What are you so happy about today?

See what first thing comes in your mind and just allow that joy or satisfaction or sense of success or peacefulness,

Whatever feeling that is,

Allow it fully in your body.

Allow it more,

Let it ground,

Let it be really received.

Let that not only be mental but feel it and receive it fully in all your body.

And if you have struggles to really feel and allow this fully,

You know where's your edge.

That's also good.

It's good to know where is your edge in receiving it,

Where your heart is not fully trusting yet.

And that's why this is so important to do on a regular basis,

To muscle,

To see those contractions and allow a little bit more.

If that happens,

Just allow yourself to feel what you have to feel or sense those contractions.

Just give yourself space and gentleness and just breathe.

And now what's second thing or experience or way of being or emotion you had today that you feel so happy and really grateful about?

And again,

Let it fully feel it in your body.

Don't skip it through.

What is the third thing that happened today that you're so proud and happy about?

Doesn't matter how big or how small,

Just let it fully enjoy and receive it.

And now I would love you to think what is one thing that you're so proud about yourself?

Specifically yourself.

Maybe you already mentioned it in your three things of experience today.

Maybe not,

But I would like to take your time and think where are you proud of yourself today?

And really allow it unapologetically.

Really allow that celebration for yourself,

Like you did good.

Again,

It doesn't matter how big or small,

Just allow that step,

Allow that moment to be fully celebrated.

Now,

What was one thing that you would like to celebrate and acknowledge in relation with others,

In relation with other people?

The way you feel,

The way you interacted,

The way something happened or inspired you.

And it doesn't have to be exact format or experience.

The interaction or the way of relating or the person itself,

It can be what that person or what that situation represents.

Maybe just part of it,

Maybe just one quality of it,

Or maybe the way it made you feel.

So,

What was the most favorite moment of the day?

Which one was it?

And now,

When you review all your day today,

All your celebrations and gratitudes,

As a summary and the closing,

What would you like to name and point as saying to Universe,

Yes,

I want more of that.

Just choose what is from all of today you want to say to Universe,

Yes,

I want to feel more of that,

I want to be more of that,

I want to experience more like that.

It can be just very specific part of it.

And you just can name it in one or few words.

What is that?

What do you say yes to?
