Welcome to this healing space.
This is a gentle grounding meditation for emotional clarity which is going to help you release stress,
Anxiety and any heaviness you may be carrying.
Before we begin,
I would like you to set an intention by bringing both of your hands together and rubbing your palms against each other.
As you rub your palms,
Feel the heat grow between them and when you feel ready,
Place both your hands on your heart,
One hand on top of the other and say as you breathe out.
Let that sound open a little space inside your chest.
Now,
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your jaw,
Let your face loosen just a bit.
You don't need to change anything about how you feel.
Just give yourself permission to arrive.
Take a slow inhale and a gentle exhale.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Just let your body settle.
Now imagine the ground under you,
Holding you completely.
You don't have to hold everything together in this moment.
You can let your body rest,
You can let your mind slow down.
Feel the support underneath you.
Let your weight drop just a little more with every exhale.
Now,
Bring your attention to the area beneath you.
Not to force clarity,
Just to notice.
What color is the area beneath you?
What texture?
Does the ground feel strong?
Are there any objects around you?
Just quietly observe.
As you observe the ground,
Gently bring attention back to your body.
What sensations are you feeling in your body?
Do you feel open?
Do you feel tight?
Do you feel calm?
Are you feeling restless?
Know that everything you feel is completely okay.
Now,
With your awareness on the ground and your body,
Just observe a moment of silence.
Pay attention to the images,
People,
Thoughts and colors forming in your mind right now.
These are the symbols that are going to help you later as you move throughout the day.
Now,
Notice a gentle white cloak of protection forming in front of you.
Soft,
Warm and comforting.
This cloak surrounds you slowly,
Wrapping you in love and soothing whatever pain or tension you have been holding.
Knowing that you're always protected,
Loved,
Supported and cared for by the universe.
Take a breath and say thank you to the universe for this protection.
And when you're ready,
Start bringing your awareness back.
On the count of five,
Gently open your eyes.
One,
Two,
Three and five.
Welcome back.
You're more grounded than before and your emotions have softened into balance.
