Quiet A Busy Mind Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra To Quiet A Busy Mind. You’ll begin by settling comfortably and taking slow, easy breaths, allowing your breathing to return to its own natural rhythm. You’ll then notice your thoughts without trying to stop or change them, simply watching them come and go like clouds moving across a quiet sky. Whenever a thought captures your attention, you’ll gently return to the rise and fall of your breath before bringing your awareness to the feeling of your body resting, supported, still and comfortable. With each gentle breath, you’ll allow your attention to settle and your thoughts to drift further into the background. With nothing to solve, remember or prepare tonight, you’ll rest in the simplicity of the present moment, allowing your mind to become quiet as you drift naturally towards rest.
