Greetings and welcome.

If your mind feels tangled or overwhelmed right now,

Let's pause together.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Press them gently.

Notice the texture,

The contact,

The weight.

Take a breath in and let it out slowly.

Notice five things you can see around you.

Now,

Notice four things you can touch.

Three things you can hear.

Two things you can smell.

And one slow,

Steady breath.

Whisper or think.

This feeling is a wave.

I can ride it.

I am not the wave.

Let this moment ground you.

Feel the air around you.

The space you take up.

The steadiness of this breath.

When you're ready,

Take one last inhale and a slow exhale.

You can return to this calm at any time.
