Welcome to this yoga nidra for abundance.
Find a comfortable place to lie down on your back.
Let your arms rest by your sides,
Palms facing up.
Let your legs fall open naturally.
Take a deep breath in and gently release.
Settle in.
This time is yours completely.
Begin to notice your breath,
Not controlling it,
Simply observing it.
Each inhale arriving without effort and each exhale leaving without force.
Your body already knows how to receive.
It has always known.
As you continue to adjust and settle in,
Bring your awareness to this moment.
Right now,
Your heart is beating.
Your lungs are filling.
The air around you is abundant.
There is enough of it for every living being on earth and still more.
This is where we begin with the simple truth that life has already been given to you,
Freely,
Without condition.
Abundance is not something to chase or earn or prove.
It's something to remember,
To come back to and feel in the body,
To recognize as the nature of life itself.
Abundance is here.
It is not waiting for the right moment or the right circumstances.
It is in your breath,
In your heartbeat,
In the ground beneath you,
Holding you without effort.
You were born into a world of extraordinary generosity.
Now,
We take time to return to that knowing.
Let yourself be held.
Let yourself receive.
Let yourself remember.
There is more than enough and you are already a part of it.
Adjust your positions so you feel even a little bit more comfortable.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a full breath in and a long slow breath out.
Feel your body becoming heavier with each exhale,
Sinking deeper into the surface beneath you.
Now silently set your sankalpa,
Your heartfelt intention for this abundance practice.
I'll offer,
I am open to the flow of abundance in all its forms.
Whatever sankalpa you choose,
Repeat it now silently three times.
Feel the truth of these words settle into every cell of your body.
We begin the rotation of consciousness.
As I name each part,
Simply bring your awareness there briefly and then move on.
There is no need to move or tense the body part I name.
Simply bring your inner attention there like a soft beam of light.

Feel the whole body resting as one peaceful field of sensation.
Bring your attention now to your breath.
Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air leaving.
With every inhale,
Imagine golden light flowing in,
Warm,
Radiant,
Abundant.
With every exhale,
Feel any sense of lack gently dissolving.
Inhale abundance,
Exhale limitation.
Now begin counting the breath.
Begin counting the breath backwards from 16 like this.
Inhale 16,
Exhale 16,
Inhale 15,
Exhale 15,
And so on.
We now come to visualization.
Allow your mind to become like an open sky,
Receptive,
Spacious,
And unhurried.
I will offer you a series of images.
You don't need to hold on to any of them.
Simply let each one arise and then pass like clouds moving through that open sky.
Let these images wash over you without effort or analysis.
You're not trying to feel anything.
You're simply receiving.
Allow each image now to land gently and let it go.
Wildflowers in full bloom.
Morning dew on a blade of grass.
A full moon reflecting on still water.
An orchard heavy with ripe fruit.
Sunlight streaming through tall trees.
A river flowing endlessly to the sea.
Seeds being scattered by the wind.
Sky full of stars.
A fire radiating warmth.
A winter garden.
Waterfall pouring into a clear pool.
Waves crashing.
Rain falling.
A child laughing.
A green meadow.
Candle flickering.
A moss covered stone.
A new leaf budding.
Orange clouds building.
Sunrise light.
Snowflakes falling.
A forest canopy thick with leaves.
The sun rising.
The ripple of moving water in a pond.
Roots spreading wide underground.
Your own heartbeat.
Loyal,
Abundant and free.
A clear sky,
Vast and generous.
Now let the images fade.
You are a part of this endless generosity.
Breathe it in.
You are abundance.
You are already receiving.
Silently repeat your sankalpa again.
Three times with full feeling and conviction.
I am open to the flow of abundance in all its forms.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Become aware of any sounds near or far.
Feel the surface holding you.
The air on your skin.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this sense of abundance with you into your day.
You are enough.
You have enough.
You are abundance itself.
Namaste.
