Begin at a gentle pace.
Let this be a few minutes just for you.
A moving meditation to reconnect with what matters most.
Start by bringing your attention to your feet.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady,
Supportive,
Holding you with each step.
Notice the simple rhythm of your walking.
One step,
And then the next.
No rush,
No destination,
Just this moment of movement and awareness.
Take a gentle breath in,
And a slow breath out.
And with each exhale,
Imagine releasing the busyness of your mind,
Thoughts,
Plans,
To-do lists,
Letting them fall away with each step.
Now bring your attention to the sensations in your body as you move.
The lift of one foot,
The placement of the other.
The subtle shift of balance and flow.
Let your body lead,
And your mind will follow.
If your attention drifts,
Gently guide it back to the feeling of walking.
Step by step,
Breath by breath,
Nothing to achieve,
Nowhere else to be.
And now notice the world around you,
The air on your skin,
The sounds,
The light.
Let yourself feel refreshed by what's here.
With every step,
Arrive a little more fully in the present moment,
Clear,
Grounded and energized.
