On this earth day we honor the planet that holds us,
Nourishes us and connects us to all living beings.
Allow yourself to be present here in the now grounded in this moment.
Now bring your awareness to your feet.
As you inhale imagine the energy of the earth rising up from the ground,
Filling your legs,
Your torso and your whole body with stability and calm.
Hold the breath gently for two counts and as you exhale let it go through your mouth releasing any tension,
Stress or heaviness back into the earth.
Let your breath become a gentle rhythm connecting you deeply with the ground beneath you.
Silently repeat after me.
I am grounded.
I am supported.
I belong to this earth.
Now visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Sinking deep into the soil and spreading in all directions.
Feel the strength,
Stability and patience of earth flowing through you.
Grounding you completely.
And now visualize a gentle stream or a rainfall nearby.
Hear the soft flow of water and feel it's cleansing,
Refreshing energy washing all over your body and your mind,
Carrying away stress and worries.
And now visualize a warm sunlight touching your skin and feel the gentle warmth filling your body with vitality,
Light and love.
Let this energy nurture you,
Filling you with gratitude for this beautiful planet.
Now imagine a soft breeze brushing your face and let it carry away anything that no longer serves you,
Bringing clarity,
Freshness and ease.
Now see yourself surrounded by all these elements,
Balanced,
Calm and deeply connected to the nature around.

Nourishing breath in through the nose.
Exhale fully through the mouth.
