Welcome to part 2 of the meditation,
I am the leader of myself.
As we dive just a bit deeper into our own healing ability.
Start by relaxing the body and finding a place where you can soften the muscles and settle into this moment.
I am the leader of myself.
I trust and I believe in my body's ability to heal.
And I have seen my body heal.
I have seen cuts and sprains,
Broken bones heal.
I believe healing is possible.
And as I share these words,
Do you truly believe this?
Or is there some inner doubt for you?
You may have deep within you a fear that healing isn't your path.
If this is how you feel in this moment,
We need to dive deeper.
Deeper to your cells truth.
For there is a memory here.
A memory of what your body feels like healed.
You have the ability to feel health,
To experience vitality.
You need to return to this memory.
You need to feel deep within you.
And feel yourself coming into alignment.
Feel them all working together.
Every cell having the same goal.
You being healthy.
Visualize yourself working together.
Visualize.
Imagine.
Be open to this idea that you can heal.
In this moment,
Your cells are on the same team.
Team you.
In this moment,
You are healing.
Know that your body wants to heal.
Your cells,
Your body,
Are all working hard to heal.
Sometimes there's a block.
There's something getting in the way.
Sometimes there's something missing that we need to give to our cells,
To our bodies,
To allow them to heal.
Let's go even deeper now.
Let's move all the way to your DNA.
To your script.
To the blueprint of your body at its full perfection.
And we trust in this blueprint.
We trust that our body has the information it needs to be healthy,
To be vital.
And visualize,
Or imagine,
Or sense your DNA in this moment.
And maybe there's some clutter,
Some environmental toxins attached to your DNA.
Can you scrape or shake this off?
And now see your DNA bright and shiny,
Coming back online,
Like a computer rebooting,
Realigning.
And we trust in this DNA.
We trust in this blueprint,
The information of our body.
In this moment,
You are healing.
And let's share some affirmations.
I believe in my body's ability to heal.
And as you share this affirmation,
Check in with your body to notice if there's any heaviness or tightness that comes with these words.
Still a bit of disbelief,
Mistrust.
And we soften and we relax.
And we say these words again.
I trust in my body's ability to heal.
I trust in my body's ability to heal.
I am healing in this moment.
My body is healing.
My body is amazing.
And think about your amazing body.
And even if there is a part of you that you are not content with in this moment,
Your body does so much as it processes information,
As it digests foods,
As it builds bones and cells,
Grows your hair,
Moves you through this earthly life that we are living.
And we say again,
My body is.
And we come back to that vision of our DNA,
The blueprint of our body.
And we share this affirmation.
I have everything I need to heal.
My body is perfect.
And I have everything I need to heal.
And rest here for a moment,
Breathing,
Softening into this idea that your body has the capacity to heal.
And we live in a world that has many toxins.
We live in a world that has a heaviness about it.
And this can weigh heavy on our bodies.
But we can shift.
We can bring in healthy food.
We can shift our thoughts.
We can change our lifestyle to be back in alignment.
So that our body has what it needs to come back online,
To heal.
I trust and I believe.
