Hello and welcome to this meditation for inviting in a new energy.

What I'm about to share might be a completely new concept to you or something that you understand.

Whatever your thoughts,

Maybe just try to be open and allow what needs to surface or change to be possible.

What if everything was energy?

You and all the world around you.

What if energy cannot be destroyed,

Only transformed or transferred?

Now with this idea at the forefront of your mind,

Allow yourself to get comfortable,

Whether that be led down or sat up.

Just give yourself full permission to enjoy this process.

Before we can begin to change things,

It's important to recognise where we are right now in this moment.

So just allow your eyes to soften,

Relax the palms of the hands down by the side.

And just begin to take some nice deep breaths in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Just allowing yourself to become fully present with where you're at right now.

Once you've started to ground in with yourself,

I just want you to ask yourself how you are feeling.

I like to use a scale for this,

So maybe recognising one being low and ten being high.

Where abouts on that scale would you rate right now?

And then from this place,

We can ask where we would like to be.

That might be with the number or with a feeling that might pop right into your mind.

And then just inviting yourself to reconnect back in with the breath.

Nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

I welcome you to lift the fingertips up onto the chest and just invite yourself to start to tap across the chest.

Just allowing the energy to start to change from within.

With the reminder that everything is energy,

We can welcome in the intention of how we want to feel in our own energy.

Intent is not something we do,

Intent is something we tap into,

An energy that we are connected to.

If it feels good to continue tapping,

Maybe just allow that to work down the arms and the legs,

Depending on the energy that you're inviting in.

Or if you're ready to just calm and be in your own new energy,

Maybe just allowing the palms of the hands to face upwards to the sky and just recognising that shift that you've created.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

The more energy I bring to my faith and my intentions,

The more fearless and free I am.

Allowing them words to drop and allowing yourself to be in this new energy.

And in your own way and in your own time,

Softly blinking the eyes up.
