Hello and welcome to this meditation as a reset back to peace.
From peace we can move with more clarity,
Compassion and confidence.
So begin to get comfortable,
Allowing your body to relax in whatever position you are now taking.
Whether that be sat down or laid down.
Just giving yourself full permission to enjoy this peaceful practice.
Begin by starting to listen to any sounds around you.
Any sounds in the environment,
Whether they be close or further away.
Just allowing them to become part of this experience.
Then beginning to become aware of your body.
If it feels good to you,
Starting to take a scan from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet.
Giving yourself that extra permission to relax.
Placing one hand over the heart.
Begin to start to allow the breath.
To start to inhale through the heart.
In through the heart and out through the heart.
With each breath in,
Calling in peaceful,
Relaxed feelings.
Letting go of any stresses,
Any worries or any to-do lists.
Continuing this cycle of breath.
For now,
We are going to start to welcome in some intention.
Starting to drop in to our inner divinity.
And starting to call forward any desires that are wanting to be known.
Taking a notice of the body as a whole.
And now welcoming in any sounds near or far.
And in your own way and in your own time.
Giving thanks for this little presence of peace that you've just called in.
Allowing your eyes to softly open.
And carrying that presence of peace with you.
Whether that's into the day or into the night's sleep.
