Maybe your jaw.
Your shoulders.
Your stomach.
And as you exhale,
Just soften.

Let go a little more.

Imagine you are floating.
Not holding.
Not trying.
Just gently floating.
Supported.
Effortless.
Notice,
There is nothing to manage.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to control.
Now,
For this moment,
You can let everything be.
Just as it is.

Gently repeat in your mind.
I let go.
I don't need to control everything.
I trust.
And I relax.
Let these words settle deeply.

With every exhale,
Release control.
Release the need to figure things out.
Release the pressure.
And with every inhale,
