And close your eyes if that feels good.

This is your moment to practice reconnecting with a fundamental truth.

You are enough,

Exactly as you are right now.

If it feels right for you,

You might begin by placing both hands on your heart and feeling its steady rhythm.

Breathe deeply and slowly into this heart space.

Allow the exhale to be longer and slower than the inhale.

Signaling to your nervous system that you are safe and secure in this moment.

Imagine your inherent worth as a light glowing within you.

With each inhale,

Imagine this light growing brighter and radiating throughout your whole being.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any need to prove yourself to anyone today.

Notice the comforting warmth of your hands soothing and grounding you in this moment.

This is the love you can practice giving to yourself any time.

Steady,

Reliable,

And unconditional.

Repeat these truths silently or out loud.

You are worthy of love,

Exactly as you are.

Your worth doesn't depend on anyone else's approval.

You can love others and be true to yourself.

You can choose to speak to yourself with kindness.

You are learning to trust your own experience.

You are enough,

Right here,

Right now.

Choose the truth that resonates the most and repeat it three times to yourself,

Letting it settle more and more deeply into your whole body.

Now take three more deep breaths.

Notice any shifts in your body that signal these affirmations beginning to take root within you.

Maybe noticing a loosening of the jaw,
