This meditation invites you to pause — not to solve, but to sit with what is. So often we rush toward clarity and answers, believing that not knowing is a problem. Yet sometimes the deepest wisdom comes from allowing space between the question and the answer. In this practice, Daga guides you to slow down, notice your body and breath, and live with a question without demanding the answer. This gentle exploration supports self-reflection, patience, and a deeper connection with presence, acceptance, and love. Welcome.

I have created this meditation for times when you don't have an answer,

When the decision is not clear,

When you don't know what's next.

I invite you to pause without the urge to solve,

Just for this moment.

So often,

We are taught to seek clarity,

To know,

To decide,

But what if the value lies in not knowing yet?

So,

Right now,

I invite you to live with a question without demanding an answer.

I invite you to sit comfortably or lie down.

Take a slow breath in and out.

Let yourself arrive into this moment.

Allow your body to adjust,

No special posture necessary.

No need to change anything about yourself.

Notice your breath.

Notice your body in space,

The energy of your mind.

Allow yourself to be still,

Exactly how you are,

And when you're ready,

Gently ask yourself,

What question is alive in me right now?

You don't need to name it out loud,

Just sense it.

Feel where it lives in your body.

Does it feel soft,

Tight,

Open,

Shifting,

Tender,

Rigid?

Pulsing?

How is it?

It's okay if there are no precise words that describe your experience right now.

I invite you to turn to yourself with a kind eye and an open heart.

Ask yourself again,

What do I seek to know?

And now,

Can you be there with this question without rushing?

What does it bring up to just be without knowing the answer?

Can you stay curious about your experience right now?

Let the space after the question mark stay open.

This moment,

This not knowing,

May hold more wisdom than any answer.

Thank you for joining here.

I feel so much more open and spacious. My body and mind relaxed, I let go of the “have to” energy that I was carrying today, and I drppped into being. It allowed for more surrender and acceptance vs the need for answers and control. The guidance was exactly what I needed! Thank you 🙏
