Join me on a guided meditation for the full moon in Scorpio, a powerful time to release what you no longer wish to carry. If you feel called after this meditation, I offer a journaling prompt to explore your inner spaciousness: when I listen to the call of my freest self, I'm called to live in alignment with my values. At this moment, my values are. Whenever you're ready, I invite you to listen to the sound bath created for this full moon.

Hello explorers of inner spaciousness.

Thank you for joining me for this full moon meditation in Scorpio.

We're also at a moment of transition and celebration as Earth Day was yesterday.

I hope you spent some intentional and purposeful time outside.

And we are on the cusp of May,

And luckily for us Scorpio is a powerful sign embodying transformation.

So with that I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Whether you are sitting down or laying down.

It is up to you.

How close to the Earth you want to be,

How close you would like your head to be to the sky and to the heavens.

And I invite you to close your eyes,

Or to soften your gaze,

And to take a big deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Let's do another.

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

The pace of your breath is up to you.

And I invite you to notice how cool the air is as you breathe it in,

And how warm your body transforms this air as it leaves.

And I invite you to notice how the air around you is slowly and steadily getting cleaner and better for you.

Better for your lungs,

Better for your heart,

Better for your body and mind and soul.

As we continue to plant trees,

We reached a new milestone yesterday on Earth Day.

Doquo has planted 2,

000 trees in just over 3 years,

And that simply would not be possible without you.

So thank you for showing up for this in all the ways that you do.

And I invite you to imagine what it feels like to be on the other side of that.

So often we plant seeds for trees that we will never get to see,

For fruit that we will never get to eat,

But it is so important that we do this.

And doing things like this,

For me,

It makes me feel free.

It makes me feel safe.

It makes me feel tied to our shared future.

It makes me feel like I can possibly contribute to the world in which our children and our children's children and seven generations beyond us can be a part of and live in harmony with.

And I invite you to imagine this world of individual and collective freedom and safety,

Because freedom and safety go hand in hand.

And I invite you to imagine your freest life in this moment.

Where do you feel the safest to be yourself?

Where do you feel the freest to be you?

Imagine a world of collective freedom,

Because we rise when we listen to that voice inside.

We rise when we listen to the voices of others.

And we rise most of all when we lift others up.

We rise together.

Imagine that you have the key to this life,

To this world.

And that key is found in your pen,

In your notebook.

In your rest and the time that you take to be with yourself and the earth.

And I invite you to notice that there is nothing else you need to be doing in this moment.

There is nobody who needs you to be there in this moment.

And I invite you to forge your own path to your own freedom.

And to hear your own heart.

And to hear the hearts of others on our collective path to collective freedom.

Are you listening?

When you listen to the call of your wild and free spirit,

What do you hear?

I invite you to sit with this question.

And I will let you know when it is time to open your eyes.

Hello explorers.

I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

To wiggle your fingers.

To feel your body returning to this room,

To this space.

I invite you to give yourself a big hug in this moment.

And whenever you are ready to open your eyes.
