Hi,
This is your audio on I am enough.
So take a deep breath in and let it go.
Let your body soften.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your mind begin to rest and just listen to these words.
I am enough right now in this moment without changing anything about myself.
I am enough.
I'm not here to be perfect.
I'm here to be real to be human to be whole.
I don't need to have all the answers.
I don't need to fix everything or everyone.
I don't need to keep proving myself.
I am enough when I feel strong when I feel tired.
I'm enough when I'm clear or when I'm confused.
I am enough.
I am enough and it doesn't matter what I look like on how much I give on how smart I am or what others think of me.
I am enough because I exist.
I'm enough because I am here.
I release the pressure to always do more or be more.
I release the lies and the stories that say I'm behind or that I need to find a purpose to be here.
I release the lie that says I need to be someone else to be loved to be connected to be worthy.
I'm not too much.
I'm not too little.
I am just right.
I'm a work in progress and a masterpiece all at once.
Even with my flaws,
I'm lovable and even with my fears.
I am lovable.
I will fall short,
But it doesn't mean that I'm not enough.
I am always enough.
I honor the parts of me that are still healing.
I honor the parts of me that I used to hide.
I bring compassion to the voice inside me that says I should be more or do more in order to be loved or to be enough and I gently answer it back.
No,
I am already enough.
I don't have to earn my place.
I don't have to do anything.
I get to be me exactly who I am and that is enough.
I trust that being me is what I came here to do.
And I trust that my presence is a gift.
I trust my path is unfolding at the perfect pace.
I'm not behind.
I'm not broken.
There's nothing wrong with me and I am not missing anything.
I am here.
I'm growing.
I'm becoming.
I'm enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Say them with love and your heart and your soul and say them until your heart your mind your body and your soul believe them because you really are enough.
You've always been enough and you are enough.
