A Nada Yoga Meditation based on the Indian Classical Swara (pitch) and scale practice with references given to associated chakras and particular emphasis on heart and throat chakra activation. Singing the Swara notes: Sa, Re, Ga, Ma,Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa Encouragement is given for the meditator to sing together in this particular sound meditation for optimum benifits and experience, be brave! The first 5 mins of the meditation are based on body, mind and breath preparation. Thereafter the instructions are given in a call and response with the assoicated chakra mentioned for visual and internal correspondance to take place (optionally to activate the chakras). Eventually the practice speeds up with less instruction and greater distance between the given reference points and chakras. This was recorded in a live meditation session with Shivam Rath and Mico Sundari leading and supporting with voice & crystal slide in 2019 Victoria Australia and then edited and remastered for digital release.
