Hello dear friends.
My name is Carly.
I usually go by cosmically Carly.
I think many of you know me and I am so happy to be here with you all.
In all of time and space I hope you know that we are together.
I can feel it and I am so grateful that you join me here today.
So please find a comfortable position for you whether that be lying down or sitting or anything in between and let's be here together.
For now if you'd like to join me in three deep calming breaths you can breathe in and we can sigh out any tension that we've held for the day.
Breathe in with me and out.
Breathe in again and release.
Wiggle those shoulders if you have to.
The third breath in and out.
Settle back down into that comfortable position.
Today we're here just to be a little bit more mindful to release a little bit of that tension.
Remember you don't have to do it all at once.
I know many of us want to but we didn't become this way all at once and we have to give ourselves the grace to understand that we won't change all at once either but piece by piece you will see the change.
You keep sitting and bringing yourself to this place of peace.
So let's just return to our normal breaths and just try to be a little bit more conscious of it.
And if you get distracted bring yourself back to your breath.
Feel free to count your breaths in as one out as two.
If the counting isn't working for you feel free to just listen to the sound of the water feature that I have.
Just imagine sitting by a little creek,
Little ripples flowing through the water.
Just try to release a little bit more of that tension.
Know that whatever thoughts are arising,
Whatever's distracting you from being here in the present moment,
The sounds,
That feeling of hunger,
Whatever it might be that arises,
Just honor it.
If it's a very painful memory,
If it's something that you've been pushing away that keeps coming back,
Just be there with it.
Look that inner child in the eyes and say,
I see you.
Look that scary,
Upsetting memory.
Look at it from this perspective of the still silent presence within you and just try to breathe.
And know that whatever you are going through will pass.
You will get through it.
Think about all the things in your past that you never thought you would get through and yet here you are today working to be a little bit better.

I am so grateful that you decided to spend this time with me.
I hope that you were able to find a little bit of peace or release a little bit of tension.
I hope that I will see you again soon.
