Hello my name is Corrine and thank you so much for joining me for this meditation.

I invite you to get comfortable whether you're sitting or laying find a position that suits you best and let your eyes close and take a deep gentle breath in and let the exhale gently flow out inhale and slowly exhale and as you close your eyes bring your awareness inwards as you feel the breath moving like a soft breeze dancing throughout your body feel the breath whispering calm with every inhale and carrying away any heaviness with every exhale breathe in calm and breathe out any heaviness allow your body to fully relax into the moment into the here and now and as you rest here imagine you're in a beautiful peaceful garden golden sunlight wraps around you and the air is warm filled with the scents of blooming flowers the earth beneath you is soft and cradles you from your head to your toes you feel so relaxed as you rest here and with every breath you feel lighter and lighter as if your body is a delicate leaf floating on a calm river let go of any muscles you don't need right now let your muscles melt into the softness beneath you and bring your focus to your heart and at your heart space feel a golden light beginning to bloom golden just like the sunshine this golden light is a spark of gratitude to yourself for being you everything you are today for your journey and being here right now in the present moment each breath carries this warm light from your heart throughout your entire body like a soft thank you for being here breathe in that warm light feel it glowing bright and every exhale you feel it flow over your body feel that gratitude brushing over your toes your legs your belly your arms your fingertips your shoulders and all the way to the crown of your head and every part of your body receives this thank you every part of your body from the inside out from your head to your toes receives this gratitude a thank you with a gentle smile feel your body sinking deeper into the moment with every breath feel your body shining brighter knowing that you are exactly who and where you are meant to be allow yourself to rest breathing in this golden light full of love and gratitude from your heart as it flows around your body and please do take your time and stay here for as long as it feels good for you but when you are ready let's take a long and deep breath into the belly feel the belly rise as you take that deep nourishing breath filling up the lungs and exhale slow out the mouth breathe in following the breath's journey from the nose to the belly exhale out the mouth feel that wave of calmness flow all the way down toward your toes breathe in that beautiful glow the glow the love and all the gratitude and as you exhale feel that glow and all the love flow down all the way to your toes and keep this feeling within you as long as you can it's always nice to feel love and gratitude for yourself maybe bring a smile to yourself as you say thank you feels nice sometimes to look in the mirror and say thank you again thanks for joining me i wish you a beautiful rest of your day namaste
