Take a moment to settle in,

Making yourself as comfortable as possible,

Either sitting or lying down,

Closing down the eyes,

And let's begin with taking a few deep breaths.

Inhaling through the nose,

And exhale out the mouth.

Taking a few more at your own pace,

Inhale,

And exhale.

One more breath.

Beginning to imagine yourself in a serene,

Natural setting.

Perhaps this is your favorite place,

Maybe you're sitting at the beach during sunrise,

Or on a tranquil lake surrounded by lush greenery in the mountains.

Wherever you are,

Envisioning a body of water in front of you.

Taking a few moments now to form this picture in your mind's eye.

Wherever you have chosen,

Start to feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The gentle breeze as it caresses your face,

And as you look out onto the water,

Notice its clarity and stillness.

Picture the surface of the water reflecting the beauty of the sky above,

Mirroring clouds as they drift lazily by.

Listen to the soothing sounds of nature all around you,

The chirping of birds,

The rustle of leaves,

And the distant hum of insects.

Observing the natural beauty that surrounds you,

The vibrant colors of flowers,

The graceful movement of the trees,

And the gentle sway of tall grasses.

Allowing yourself to become fully present in this moment,

Savoring the richness of this experience.

Feeling a sense of peace and harmony washing over you with each passing breath.

Now as you immerse yourself deeper into this tranquil scene,

Visualize yourself walking along the edge of the water,

Feeling the soft,

Cool sand beneath your feet.

With each step,

You become more grounded,

More connected to the earth beneath you.

Imagine dipping your toes into this cool,

Refreshing water.

Feel its gentle ripples as they radiate outwards,

Carrying away any tension or stress that you might be holding onto.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Allow yourself to become one with this water.

Surrendering to its calming embrace.

Imagine the water washing over you,

Starting at your feet,

Slowly moving up the body.

And as it touches each part of your body,

Feel tension just melting away.

Feeling a profound sense of relaxation and release as you let go of any worries or concerns here.

And as you glide across the surface of the water,

Feel a sense of freedom.

You are no longer bound by the constraints of time or space,

But instead you are carried along by the gentle currents of this water,

Guided by the rhythm of your own breath.

With each passing moment,

Allow yourself to let go of any worries,

Fears,

Or anxieties that might be weighing you down.

Surrendering to the flow of the water and trusting that it will carry you safely to wherever you need to go.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in this pure,

Revitalizing energy of the water,

Filling your body and mind with renewed vitality.

And with each exhale,

Release any negativity or heaviness,

Allowing it to dissolve into the depths below.

Imagine this water filling you with peace and clarity,

And perhaps repeating these following affirmations mentally to yourself.

I am calm,

And I am at peace.

I flow through life with ease and grace.

I am connected to the soothing energy of the water.

Giving yourself permission to stay here,
