My name is Corian O'Shea,

And this meditation is brought to you by Gypsy Jasmine Wellness.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently closing down the eyes,

Or at least a soft gaze.

Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale,

Slowly let it out the mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale completely.

Now bringing your awareness to the breath,

Feeling the cool air entering your nostrils,

Filling your lungs,

And the warm air leaving your body as you exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to settle in,

And finding just a little more stillness.

As you breathe in,

I invite you to visualize a gentle wave washing over you.

Imagine this wave carrying away any tension,

Worry,

Or stress.

As it moves through your body,

It releases all that you no longer need.

Inhale calm,

Exhale release.

Silently repeating the following affirmation in your mind.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am at peace.

If any anxious thoughts begin to arise,

Acknowledge them without any judgment.

Imagine placing them onto a cloud in the sky,

Watching them drift away.

Or perhaps placing them in a stream,

Letting the water carry them downstream,

Far away from you.

Bringing your focus back to the breath.

Each inhale brings in fresh energy.

And each exhale lets go of anything that's weighing you down.

Let's take three final deep breaths together.

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out tension.

Breathing in ease,

Breathing out worry.

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out relaxation.

And when you feel ready,

Gently bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.

Noticing the sounds around you.

All points of contact with the earth beneath you.

Beginning to wiggle fingers and toes.

Taking one final deep breath.

And when you feel ready,

Opening your beautiful eyes.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are at peace.
