I am your guide,
Ashley Edelman.
Today's meditation is to help you attract limitless abundance.
So take a moment to settle into stillness.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Where your body feels fully supported.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep,
Nourishing breath in through your nose.
Hold it for a moment.
Feel the fullness of life within you.
And now exhale softly,
Releasing any tension that remains.
Take another deep breath in.
Imagine a golden energy filling your lungs,
Lighting up every cell of your body.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of any limiting thoughts or resistance.
Take one more deep inhale.
This time,
As you breathe in,
Imagine breathing in abundance,
As if the very air is filled with the infinite wealth,
Success,
Love,
And joy.
And exhale slowly,
Surrendering to the effortless flow of prosperity.
With every breath,
Your body relaxes deeper.
Feel your forehead soften.
Your jaw unclenched.
Your shoulders drop.
And let your hands rest gently,
Palms open,
As a sign of receiving.
Now visualize golden roots growing from the base of your spine or your feet,
Extending deep into the earth.
These roots connect you to the vast,
Unshakable energy of abundance.
Beneath you,
The earth holds a blueprint for infinite prosperity,
And you are completely aligned with it.
You are supported,
Connected,
And ready to receive.
Now picture yourself standing at the entrance of a magnificent golden temple,
A temple of infinite abundance.
This temple represents the flow of wealth,
Success,
And opportunities that are always available to you.
As you step inside,
The walls shimmer with light.
The air is rich with the scent of possibility,
A blend of fresh earth,
Warm sunlight,
And the crisp scent of new beginnings.
In the center of the temple,
There is a beautiful golden fountain,
Endlessly overflowing.
This fountain represents your limitless abundance.
It never runs dry,
And it never runs dry.
It never depletes.
The more you take from it,
The more it gives.
As you step closer to the fountain,
You begin to feel that shift within you,
A deep,
Deep knowing that abundance is not something you chase,
It's something that you already have.
Now slowly move your hands over your heart,
And repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.
I am open to receiving infinite abundance.
Wealth,
Prosperity,
And success flow to me effortlessly.
I trust that the universe always provides for me.
Money is energy,
And I am aligned with its highest vibration.
I am worthy of wealth in all forms,
Financial,
Emotional,
And spiritual.
As you say these words,
Feel them vibrating through your entire being.
Imagine golden energy flowing from the temple into your heart.
Into your heart,
And into your mind.
You are being activated as a magnet for abundance.
Now imagine yourself standing beneath the golden fountain.
As its sparkling waters pour over you,
You feel yourself being completely bathed in prosperity.
Opportunities appear before you.
Money flows in easily.
Success finds you naturally.
You are now tuned in to the frequency of abundance.
In this moment,
Deeply trust that you no longer need to struggle.
You are in perfect alignment.
Breathe it in,
Feel it,
And own it.
Now slowly begin to return to your body,
Carrying this abundant energy with you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Feel yourself becoming aware of the room around you,
But knowing that nothing has changed.
You are still connected to abundance.
I want you to take a deep breath in,
Filling the belly up like a balloon,
Filling the chest up,
And then exhaling nice and slowly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
And feeling the warmth of abundance wash over you.
Now take another deep breath in,
One final breath in,
Sealing in this new reality,
And as you exhale slowly,
Silently express the gratitude for all that is already flowing to you.
You are ready.
Gently open your eyes,
Step forward into your abundant life,
